Fair enough. When they arrived, they opened the dryer vent cover and one bird flew out. They removed some debris and put on a plastic covering to prevent future entry of birds. After about 10 mins to complete the job, the final charge was an additional whopping $798 ($299 for bird removal and $499 to install two covers). They took off the $90 inspection fee. And after negotiating the final charge was $579. Definitely overpriced compared to competitors. Other quotes from my neighbors were $300 -400.

It was stated that they didn't have time for a eletronic quote for the insurance company and gave a verbal quote instead. They refused a physical type quote stating they were out in the field and would not provide a email quote. No time. Amazing to most people is the fact that you can send any type of file on ANY phone.
