It pains me to write this because I used to receive excellent service at Audi Annapolis. So much so that I drive an hour and a half to get here. The last three times I've visited have been an utter disappointment. I kept coming back in hopes they were having a couple "off days". I made my appointment to get my vehicle serviced on 10/13 it is 11/8. I get here for them to tell me they have no loaner vehicles available. Remember I mentioned I drove an hour and a half to get here? I'm now in the lobby waiting on them to add adblue to my car because I don't have enough to make it home without it. Normally I would've topped it off myself but why would I when I've had this appointment for almost a month? This is a total inconvenience and I'm more than disappointed with this service. read more

Stay away from this business I am not the first one that this happened to This is what Audi advised: Collision repair Don't risk the integrity of your Audi by entrusting collision repairs to just any shop. Instead, look to authorized facilities that are staffed with trained technicians and stocked with genuine And this is what happened to me from the following Certified Collision Center: CRISWELL COLLISION CENTER 181 DEFENSE HWY, ANNAPOLIS, MD 21401 I used the recommended Collision repair center for two minors scratched on the driver side doors of my wife Audi Q3 2018 and I do not understand what the problem with this Collision Center is are they short staffed or do the bite more than what they can chew. It took 40Days to fix the scratches and they kept holding the car and jacking up their expenses until my insurance refused to pay the rest. I was told by Geico insurance manger that this is a common thing with this Collision Center, and they ask their customers to sign a paper so they can hold their cars if the insurance refused to pay. Funny is if my Geico insurance know that why they did not stop dealing with this Center (Something Fishy here) This is my main concern that I was told by the Geico Manager Mr. Thomas Fontaine that he indicated that Geico aware of this repair shop problems and I am not the first customer that this happened to, and he usually have their customer sign a paper to have full responsibility if the insurance fail to pay the whole bill. read more

Had to take my recently pre-owned vehicle back for service, Todd forgot to have one item looked at, but when I inquired, he said he didn't hear me ask for it to be looked at for one of the issues. He was curt, so I asked to speak to the manager. Upon my car being brought to me by the technician, the tech drove it roughly, and said he didn't know how to get the car in reverse, and couldn't "even find the place for the key" "the ignition". My recommendation, is they don't have techs/drivers bringing out cars to customers, if they are not use to driving a manual shift. Specifically, the tech., should only drive a US/automatic if that is what they can handle. Adam was angry that I said that to him. That reduces service reps causing damage to cars that are not theirs. Perhaps if it were an Audi they would have serviced my Porsche better, but I won't be returning due to poor service. read more

I wish I could give them a half star. The service I received was deplorable! My vehicle has been there for two weeks with and still not repaired! The service department lacks integrity. Horrendous customer service! My husband and I walked into the dealership to inquire about a potential lease, but because we are younger they did not earn our service. Goes to show why Mercedes keeps our business and why we bought our 100k S550 with them instead of their A8L. That's fine, it's not my commission that walked out of the door! read more

As usual an outstanding experience. In all fairness this 2011 A4 Quattro has given me so few problems that I am keeping this car for as long as I can. The only two things that have gone wrong, in 80k miles, other than routine maintenance and a quirky anomaly of eating about a quart of oil every 3 thousand miles or less, is a bad PCV and recently this water pump recall. The PCV is something that I will keep an eye on and change myself to an aftermarket high performance unit, should it go out again. Of course Audi offered to rebuild the engine, if I wanted under warranty, however I declined as the little bit of extra oil doesn't hurt anything. And Audi paid for the water pump replacement, so no complaint there. The service folks treat every customer like a high end dealership should and how any customer deserves. If I don't have the time to do the maintenance myself, I am satisfied that Criswell Audi will take care of my fine automobile like I would, if I were doing the work myself. I'm not a fan of car shopping and the salesman at this dealer is the epitome of why. We told him our EXACT price range. He proceeded to show us a brand new model of a car we were looking at. We informed him that it was WAY out of our price range but he insisted that we at least take it for a test drive in order to get a feel for the car. Thinking that he understood that there was not a chance in hell that we would buy that particular car, we took the car for a spin. Upon our return, he had all sorts or numbers ready to shove down our throats. I can't remember how many times I told him I loved the car but wanted something pre-owned that would fit our price range. We asked him if he could see inventory at other Audi dealers and he said yes but the car we were looking as was SO rare to find used. He lost our business and we got and great car at another dealership that very same day. read more

in the market for pre-owned car.. noticed they had a nice selection. Once I get there to see the car I saw online.. it has exterior damage, then when I start it.. there is this loud squeaking noise along with the engine shaking... I ask to see the carfax turns out the car was in major accident... I ask to see another car... the carfax on that one also was in a major accident. I then tell the salesperson I want to see a car with a CLEAN carfax. In return, I'm told that in my under 20k price range none of their pre-owned cars have clean carfaxes. I know sure as hell under 20k can get you a clean car with no accidents. will never return. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. We were looking for a particular car. I found the car online and called and spoke to Leo. He told us everything we needed to bring if we were coming to look at the car. I informed him we did not have a pay stud as my checks go in direct deposit and my company does to give out pay stubs unless we request them. Leo said no problem we won't need it. We drove all the way from Sterling Va to Edgewater Md. An hour and a half drive on a Friday at 4pm. You can only imagine the traffic we sat in. We get there and guess what... Leo needs a pay stub in order to "deliver the car" after the loan had already been approved. Therefore we drove an hour and a half on a Friday night sat in traffic and didn't get the car. Have some consideration on peoples time. Not to mention when we test drove the car the breaks were grinding as soon as we got in and he was making excuses that it was from the car sitting and as soon as we " knocked the rust off" they would be fine. I've have been using this dealer for years. Three cars with them for service. In the last few years the equality of service and cars has gone down drastically. Very hard to get an appointment. I called the last three days and have left messages for them to call me back to schedule and appointment. No return calls. Then there is the loaner car issue. My car got towed in for a major issue was in one week before they were able to get me a loaner that they had promised me the day I dropped my car off. Called to get service today, and again was informed that until they find out what is wrong with my car they can't give me a loaner. Never fails every time my car goes in, it comes back with another problem. That was never the case in the past. There are multiple complaints on other sites about similar issues. They have told me I needed excessive work done on an item and I passed wanting a second opinion. Took it to another dealer while out of state and they said everything was fine. There are a few people on the staff that are wonderful and others who aren't. I feel like most of the problems stem from upper management. Seems like when they built this new facility things went down hill from there. read more
