The check in process took quite awhile as they had quite a few clients all arriving at the same time. When I got back to the office I met with a dentist who launched into a pretty hard one sales pitch for implants. I already had a dentist and a treatment plan lined up. It was unexpected and way to hardcore fore 7 in the morning. When we finally got to the extraction they didn't put me all the way like another dentist had done. It was a surreal experience. I could hear the staff talking and could feel the dentist moving from tooth to tooth. It wasn't painful but it was unexpected. The worst part was we went over a bill before the procedure and I signed off on it. After I got home I got out the quote the did before the procedure and there was a difference of $500 in my favor. After a couple of conversations they issued me a check instead of crediting my credit card. Between the high pressure sales technique for implants, being semi awake for the extractions and the billing error I can't recommend this company.

I was told they do not check for insurance coverage before you have surgery unless you request it!I stated that wasn't true that last time they did and she denied that. But it is totally unacceptable that when someone shells out $3000 for an implant and was told that covers it all, but when it is time to finally the get the crown put on now remember another $1500! I don't understand how the initial fee covers the implant and the crown but does not cover the piece the attaches the crown to the implant! So now I have an implant and a tooth, but now unless I pay another $1500 I can't actually attach the crown to my implant! I also don't understand how the important part is overlooked and never mentioned! I have seen both the Oral Surgeon and Dentist before the implant, after the implant was placed and right before the crown is to be attached and no one ever mentions this additional piece needed. The Oral Surgeon says my dentist should have told me about the additional fees and the dentsit says the Oral Surgeon should have done the additional piece. All they care about is pointing fingers at eachother and not actually about the patient. Cause now after all this time and money I can't actually get my crown!

It took about a month before I got a letter from my insurance company telling me what they would pay. I called the dental office and made a 20 percent down payment before setting up the appointment. On the day of the procedure, I showed up on time after preparing by following the printed instructions I had been given earlier. Someone called me a couple of days before my appointment to make sure I understood. Dental procedures can be scary and produce great anxiety, but this one did not. The staff and Dr.O were so calm and reassuring, my procedure was done before I realized it. Having IV sedation helped that along, of course! Dr. O called me the next day to see how I was and answer questions. So far, so good. If I follow the after care instructions, I'll be able to put this adventure behind me. Recommend!

Each call we go over my insurance info and each time they claim there is something new that was incorrect even though I had the correct info on my insurance card on the day of services. They say they are working on filing the claim correctly but my insurance company has not heard from them. I have reached out to the customer service team and would love resolution to this mess.
