I recently moved back to Omaha and broke a tooth. After reading online reviews for dentists, I decided to book my appointment at Pacific Hills Dental. What a great experience! I arrived at 4:20 p.m. and was in the chair and being seen by 4:25 pm. (They are open late on Mondays and Tuesdays which is very convenient for those of us who work). Krista and Dr. St. Germain were unbelievable. I had a full set of X-rays and Dr. St. Germain explained exactly what my options were to repair the tooth. I ended up with a crown, which was created on site and I was out the door by 6:15. My crown looks and feels great. The entire staff, including Cheryl at the front desk were friendly and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about Pacific Hills Dental. Everyone is so nice and understanding. My husband never took care of his teeth growing up and he is paying for it now. It really embarrasses him but Dr. St Germaine is so nice and understanding. Also his dental assistant Christy is easy to talk to and loves to get to know you while she is working. They don't mind at all when we bring our son in with us (he is a toddler). I would say if you need someone that will not be judgmental and explain to you everything they are about to do go see Dr. St. Germaine. You won't regret it :) read more

I wish I could give 10 stars for the service we received at Pacific Hills dental. As always the staff is very friendly and helpful. In this particular visit, Dr. Saint-Germain saw my 94 year old mom for losing a tooth. He went out of his way to make her feel comfortable (she cannot hear) and made sure we had an adjustment to her dentures prior to the weekend. He even offered to come in over the weekend and gave me his cell phone just in case we needed to come in and make an adjustment. We've been going for a few years and Dr. Pietrok is the best in the business! Not only is she an amazingly talented and brilliant dentist, but she was able to give my 10 year old son Tyler multiple shots of novocaine and extract a crumbled tooth without him ever knowing he got a shot! I have been going to this office for over 10 years. It is clean, prof and always on time. They are VERY good with kids. I have a 5 year old and a 11 month old. The 5 year old has been going since he was 3 and the staff know him by name. I see another person made a comment about a web appt. All I know is they call and remind you TWO days before or you can choose to have a text message reminder. Both dentist are great! read more
