One time I had an over $600 refund, because they made me pay for the whole thing upfront rather than billing my insurance and then billing me. Therefore, they held onto my money for about six months. Just one issue there are three other huge issues with the billing department as well. With me getting a refund of my money each time. I did try and share it with your office. Dr. Spanel expanded the practice a few years ago, and while I still primarily see him, the other dentists on the team are just as thorough, gentle, and fantastic. The recent upgrades across the entire office are impressive - the space is modern, clean, and welcoming. The front desk and hygiene staff are exceptional: consistently friendly, punctual, and great at explaining insurance, scheduling, and procedures clearly. I stood at the hallway door for 15 minutes as I was the first appointment and they didn't let me in until exactly at 7:00 am. My normal dentist (Dr. Spanel) wasn't there due to schedule changes and they never called to let me know, so he didn't do my exam. In addition they have made the following financial changes..... 1. Charging a credit card processing fee of 3% 2. Requiring you to pay upfront to even schedule the appointment for the work you haven't even gotten done instead of paying on the day you get work done. 3. Have you sign a contract to allowing them to Charge a fee if you don't cancel within a timeframe. ( I've not experienced this but would hope there is some leniency) Either way is very off-putting. 4. They actually have a virtual assistant that answers the phone?!?! Just confirms the lack of interest they have in actually being personable. It's transitional care for financial gain and not focused on the client anymore which is too bad because it was an amazing place.

She would pull one and then leave to help another patient, she did that multiple times. The dentures did not fit my mouth, didn't have back teeth. I got an infection she could only give amoxicillin. I kept trying to go to the office so she could check up on my mouth. She said I was fine. I went to the er multiple times bc the infection would not go away. I couldn't work for 6 weeks bc she was negligent in my care. I put a grievance into my insurance company so I could go to a different dentist, Dr. Bobr refused to pay back my insurance I am now going to Creighton dental where they have to shave down my gums and give me dentures that actually fit my mouth. I was told by Creighton dental that you should have multiple visits to check to see how everything is going how the dentures fit, etc. this office does not care about their patients when it comes to pulling teeth dentures that fit right. For a cavity, they're fine. Both of my daughters went there for dental check ups and they had a great experience. I don't recommend this office for dentures PERIOD
