I highly recommend Buchfiel Dental. Great desk staff that are friendly and welcoming and ready to help. The hygienists strive to make you feel comfortable and do a thorough job. Everyone is super friendly. They emailed me new patient forms right after I called, and also sent me a remainder email. Unsure what their hours are (I think on their website they may be different from their actual hours), but I had an appointment at 745AM which is great! read more

Changing Dentists is not an easy decision to make. When we decided that time had come, I checked with friends, family and other sources. I went so far as going to the offices to check them out. Dr. Burchfiel's entire staff was professional, upbeat and seemed very interested in how they could help our family find a dentist that fit our needs. The dentist office is the best one I have ever seen. Very professional team of nurses including the dentist. They make you feel welcome and at home on every visit and do their best to accommodate an appointment that fits your schedule. Especially if you meet Linda you will know what I am talking about just is just amazing. In terms of dental work quality they are very knowledgable and professional and they will let make a very informed decision on the health of your teeth that best fit you and your pocket. They were caring and make meaningful conversation with me. Basically their customer service was excellent. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for a "cleaning" appointment. The hygienist is always pleasant and very thorough (be it manual or ultrasonic cleaning). Pat has been my lifesaver and I am not even kidding. From when I had insurance all the way til I lost my insurance and needed a lot of care, he was always there for me no matter what. He has a memory like no other and can remember how my teeth are and how they relate to my family member's problems. (my entire family sees him) I plan on taking my daughters to him when they get a little bit older. He has gone completely out of his way and far above what any other dentist would ever do for me because he actually cares. He is amazing at what he does. I love every single one of his staff members. There is quite the reason they stick around. They know me pretty much right off the bat even on the phone. Stephanie, everyone. You are all amazing and sorry you have to put up with my constant dental problems, but NO ONE has ever been as amazing as Pat. My parents absolutely love him. This is a great little office. Our family I has been going there for about ten years. They are very competent, professional, and just enjoyable to be around people. Dr Burchfield is just a wonderful person, he always gets you back on track and has empathy for you when in pain. They make a way for you to get in asap if something comes up suddenly.
