Dr. Janecek seemed nice at first, but messed up on a crown he did, (it was a bad crown he put in & then had to replace it. His partner didn't seem too happy w/ him when he had to help me when Janecek was off. He was off all the time. His partner had to prescribe me an antibiotic & special mouth wash. Dr. Janecek really tore up my cheek & gum's. It was extremelly painful! And I am not the type to ask for pain medicine, but when I asked for a couple tramodol to get by because of the pain he caused, he seemed upset that I was in pain. He was very rude. I really didn't understand his motive for the rudeness, (I'm the one who should be upset) but the front staff and Dr. Janecek seemed very fake & nasty after that. The experience is so typical of a dentist, really didn't listen to what I wanted. It was just trying to get me in and out. I wanted too plan out and didn't even get that even though they trying to make me pay for wehich I'm not because my insurance I should've covered that clean, whatever especially knowing what I know about how this system works if they where truly there to help. They would have some type of payment plans set up and not make you feel like an idiot have to check out counter when you're presenting with a bill that you should not have. As a health care setting, it was disgusting that no one working in this office (nor patients in the waiting room) were masked except those directly working on a patient. This visit was the same day the NE Med Center announced their Covid unit is FULL. How incredibly irresponsible of these health care providers in this dental office to blatantly disregard the health and safety of its patients who literally cannot protect themselves during procedures. I witnessed a group of 8 medical tech staff standing together in the lab/hallway unmasked, as well as all 3 receptionists. With a local university churning out new dentists yearly, good dental offices are a dime a dozen here. Don't choose this one. read more

Dr. Hartnett is a skilled dentist who is knowledgeable and friendly. She did excellent work in providing me both a crown and implant. She did them right the first time fitting just right and working perfectly. She is very personable and conscientious, and I highly recommend her without reservation. read more

I've been a patient at quality dental for over 18 years. During that time, I've had work done by 4 different dentists. It wasn't a matter of choosing the first available. I did have an allegiance to whom I felt was my favorite at the time, but the quality of work, bedside manner, honest diagnosis and fair pricing remained constant regardless of which professional I had. To top it off, I'm the biggest wuss to ever sit in the chair but they've always eased my anxiety and made each procedure painless and worry free. When I was 18 I had to find my own dentist, so I opened up the phone book (yes, I know, I just aged myself) closed my eyes, and pointed to a random one on the page. It happened to be Quality Dental Care. What a fearless and naive young adult I was- just blindly following the whims of fate. I was also pretty lucky because I ended up as a patient of Dr. Trumms for 12 years! I will be switching due to my insurance changing. And, let me tell you I'm seriously distraught over the situation. Hence- why I am writing this review. Looking into finding a new practice has shown me how lucky I have been over the years. While yes, there are several comfort features they offer to the more timid dental goers... I have established that I am fearless and never took the staff up on their offers of comfy blankets, TV's positioned above me, or massage chairs. What I found more appealing was the transparency in services. As the teeth nurses do their initial examination, they identify the strength of your gums and use a tiny camera to collect the data and input it into a computer to give you a visual. I no longer had to wonder how my teeth were doing because I was finding out in real time with their equipment. This is vastly different from other offices where the dentist just gives you the thumbs up or [thumbs] down. The Hygienists are knowledgable and always available for additional education if you prompt them. They stay very informed on the newest technologies including brushes, water picks, and types of toothpaste. They are seriously experts. I challenge you to ask them a question and wait for your mind to be blown. I can also attest that I have had many for years! It speaks volumes to find a staff so cohesive and long running... like Grey's Anatomy. They also communicate with ear pieces. If the doc is in the middle of a procedure, they will call for additional instruments instead of having to run in and out of the room. This increases the efficiency and reduces the amount of time one must spend in the chair with their mouth open in an obviously unflattering position. Speaking of flattering, shoutout to Brittany the real MVP of my glorious smile. The woman breaks it down for ya'. Instead of trying to compete with patients checking in at the front desk, there is a separate checkout desk to go over your visit and review charges. Goodbye surprise bills! She also helps you set up a follow up visit for your next cleaning. This is great because I would totally just run out the door and later find myself counting on my fingers how long its been since I had a cleaning. Now, I just have to glance at my calendar. Oh yeah, let's talk Trumm. He is a fantastic guy. A real family man. Every time I go in he gives me an update on the kiddos and asks how my life is going. Like seriously, so personable. He's also pretty great about adjusting lights so they aren't in my eyes and other little things that I'm currently blanking on. He has also saved me quite a bit of money. I have a spot on one of my teeth that any other doc would want to fill, but he has just been watching it. I love that he always takes the conservative approach. I can't tell you how many times this gent has saved me from uncomfortable procedures, down time, and excessive unnecessary spending. You can tell he really enjoys what he is doing and has fun. In my MANY years of coming here I have never been canceled on. I didn't realize what a big deal that is until I started my research of other offices. It really made me think, Dr. Trumm is the Bees knees. All in all, I'd say they're an iight group. read more

I thought I had received great dental care. The staff were all very nice. However, I now have to have a new dentist redo all 4 crowns QDC did because they used porcelain/ceramic material that have eroded away in only 3 years!! One of which had gotten infected because of the cheap material and now that tooth had to be pulled. Disappointed and want my money back! They were aware of my dental issues and did not give the proper service for my needs. read more

To anyone debating Lumineers: DO NOT go here. Let me start off by saying that I went here after doing a lot of research on Lumineers and veneers because my teeth were very small and it was something I had been saving for years to do. I am 27. I went here because I liked the idea of Lumineers being a lot slimmer than regular veneers and wouldn't remove more enamel then needed to. My first appointment, everyone in the office made me feel very welcomed and comfortable (which they will do to you too as well. Don't be naive like me and believe it). They then took a picture of my teeth, sent it to the lab and then the lab sent back a picture of what my teeth would look like if I were to get them. I was hooked because of how they looked/how everyone in their office presented themselves. Throughout the process you will go to three appointments. The first appointment is molding your teeth for the teeth, the second (2-3 weeks later) is where they shave down all of your teeth and put your temps on. I'm sure if you are researching any type of veneers you know this comes with gum surgery to have the tooth mold under your tooth. The third appointment is the final product: the Lumineers being put on. After I had gum surgery and my temporary teeth put on, Dr. Lecci had canceled 3 appointments. I completely understood that the weather was bad, but to me she did not care at all. My teeth hurt, my gums were red and swollen and no one honestly seemed to care. They were all informative and the end result was beautiful- until after I had the lumineers on my teeth for about a week. I noticed this suction feeling. It felt like the teeth were not cemented properly, which led me to go back to Dr. Lecci and Carla to state I was having this issue. My issue with this is that they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. They "researched it" and stated it was because the space in my teeth before. She had NO idea what I was talking about. I also had a filling in my tooth that was fixed PRIOR to getting these teeth. After I got the Lumineers put on, food constantly gets stuck in that filling because it was not cemented properly. Their advice? "We could cut it off but then you would have to pay for a new tooth" One last thing- since I grind my teeth at night, they provided me with a mouthguard to help so it doesnt "void my warranty" which I NEVER signed anything to state this this is my warranty and that this mouth guard would act as protecting my teeth. I asked Dr Lecci if I had to sign anything, and she stated that by me "purchasing" (even though it came with the deal) the mouth guard that was my waranty. I have nothing in writing that states this "warranty"- NOR did I sign anything accept their right to treat me for this procedure. I wouldn't be making a big deal out of this, but after getting 10 teeth and spending $12,000, this is not what they made themselves out to be. I get that things happen and people make mistakes but own up to the fact you don't know what you are doing. PLEASE do yourself a favor and save yourself the money and go to a dentist who knows what they are doing. read more
