After waiting about half an hour, they took me back for x-rays, a lot of x-rays, before even seeing a dentist. I was then taken to a very cramped exam room. Without even discussing options for a partial, the doctor came in and simply stuck her finger in my mouth and started feeling to see if any of my teeth were loose. She told me I'll need to have them all pulled and get a full set of dentures. What? Oh hell no! They said they would go ahead and send in a preauthorization request to see what my insurance would pay for. I told them go ahead, even though I knew there's no way I would be coming back. As it turned out, my insurance denied the preauth because it did not meet their criteria. In other words, it wasn't medically necessary.

Services says a lot about this group. I went in for what I thought was going to be a pretty invasive procedure and was happy to find out that a minor correction had my problem solved. I love the fact that , options were considered and very extensive evaluation's completed. All equipment is state of the art for 3-D tooth x-rays. And the office is immaculate and personnel are courteous, professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. I have been in to this office before and received outstanding care on that occasion as well.
