From the beginning, he was extremely rude and dismissive, both toward me and even his staff. During treatment, he forced me into extractions that weren't necessary, telling me that if I didn't agree, he wouldn't work on the crown I actually needed. He was very controlling, frequently jerked my head around during appointments, and overall showed no compassion or professionalism. At one visit, I asked if I could go without numbing medication since I only needed to switch out a crown. Instead of respecting that request, he seemed to go out of his way to be as rough as possible, leaving me in severe pain. He even drilled on a tooth that didn't need treatment and damaged it so badly I had to see another dentist to fix the problem. When I spoke up for myself, instead of addressing my concerns, he became angry and retaliated by sending me a letter withdrawing services, not just from him, but from all Summit Dental locations in Omaha. Simply because I questioned his behavior. To make matters worse, he messed up another tooth, refused to provide pain relief, and I ended up in the ER for help. I've since learned from other reviews that I am not alone, others have reported similarly harmful and unprofessional treatment, including one shocking case where he allegedly called CPS on a patient without reason. In my opinion, his behavior is unprofessional and unethical.

After waiting about half an hour, they took me back for x-rays, a lot of x-rays, before even seeing a dentist. I was then taken to a very cramped exam room. Without even discussing options for a partial, the doctor came in and simply stuck her finger in my mouth and started feeling to see if any of my teeth were loose. She told me I'll need to have them all pulled and get a full set of dentures. What? Oh hell no! They said they would go ahead and send in a preauthorization request to see what my insurance would pay for. I told them go ahead, even though I knew there's no way I would be coming back. As it turned out, my insurance denied the preauth because it did not meet their criteria. In other words, it wasn't medically necessary.

The office is convenient and located north west of Dodge and 132nd St. Plenty of parking available for easy access. The winner of 2022 and 2023 best of Omaha for Endodontist. Services says a lot about this group. I went in for what I thought was going to be a pretty invasive procedure and was happy to find out that a minor correction had my problem solved. I love the fact that , options were considered and very extensive evaluation's completed. All equipment is state of the art for 3-D tooth x-rays. And the office is immaculate and personnel are courteous, professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. I have been in to this office before and received outstanding care on that occasion as well.
