Since July, I've been trying to get answers, and instead I have been met with rudeness, avoidance, and zero accountability from the front office. I repeatedly asked to speak with the doctor and was told he "does not talk on the phone with patients." At my follow up cleaning in September, I confronted him directly about the ongoing billing issues and the dismissive treatment I'd been getting. He told me, "We will get this taken care of," and took every document I brought - the estimate, the bills, phone logs - everything. I finally thought someone was taking this seriously. Instead, nothing changed. A few weeks later, I received the exact same $2,500 bill with no explanation, no update, nothing. When I called again, a staff member offered a payment plan but then told me the amount I could actually afford was not accepted by the doctor - he needed double the monthly payment. When I asked for time to figure things out, communication suddenly stopped. My calls were not returned, my messages were ignored, and even my email received no response. I was calling weekly with no progress. Today, after months of trying to resolve this with the office directly, I found out they sent my bill to collections without notifying me. After everything, this was how they chose to handle it. I have never dealt with such poor communication, lack of follow- through, and disregard for patient's concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office to anyone.

I was sent home with a mere six low-dose pain pills. By this morning, the pain had become unbearable. I called to request just a day or two more of medication to get through the worst of the recovery, and I was told someone would speak with the doctor and call me back. When I did hear back, I was informed that the doctor had declined to prescribe any additional medication and advised me to alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen every 4 hours. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am in agonizing pain, reduced to tears, and feel completely abandoned in my recovery. I understand the concerns around narcotics, but this was major oral surgery involving multiple infected teeth. To be left without adequate pain control is both cruel and negligent. I feel like I've been taken advantage of. You received nearly $5,000 for this procedure, and what I'm left with is trauma, unmanaged pain, and no meaningful support. This is not care--it's profit-driven indifference. Please do better. No patient should have to go through this.

It took about a month before I got a letter from my insurance company telling me what they would pay. I called the dental office and made a 20 percent down payment before setting up the appointment. On the day of the procedure, I showed up on time after preparing by following the printed instructions I had been given earlier. Someone called me a couple of days before my appointment to make sure I understood. Dental procedures can be scary and produce great anxiety, but this one did not. The staff and Dr.O were so calm and reassuring, my procedure was done before I realized it. Having IV sedation helped that along, of course! Dr. O called me the next day to see how I was and answer questions. So far, so good. If I follow the after care instructions, I'll be able to put this adventure behind me. Recommend!
