Everything is always fresh. The traditional carne asada is a classic for a reason, but my personal favorite is the asada in jalapeño sauce. That little kick sets it apart. The fried cheese is a must order too, don't skip it. They've upgraded the cabbage salad from the classic bag to a plastic cup. I had a soft spot for the bag, but the cup is a nice touch. Pair it all with a Postobon Manzana or a Colombiana and you're set.
