This is actually a food truck that serves Korean style corn dogs, and they were delicious! I ordered the Cheesy Couch Potato and my sister got El Santiago. Both were amazing. We also wanted to try the churros and loaded fries, but they were sold out. For dessert, I had the Fry Nanas. The lady who helped us was super friendly and welcoming. I also had a brown sugar coffee milk tea but unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of it. Basically, is cold brew coffee with chocolate pearls. It was very sweet, but tasty. Crispy streets was different and very great. Trying something new is always on my list and this was one of them. I tried the half cheese and half dog the cheese had a pull to it. The corn dogs are coated with brown sugar and you have the option of potatoes too. I loveee the fries there was an ingredient missing but I'm sure if I go back to try it again it'll be even better than before. You are able to order at the food truck but I suggest you get there early instead of closer to closing because certain items may not be available. They are located outside of a gas station and they have provided a table of you wanted to eat there. The owner was very helpful when we were selecting our choice of corn dog. Quick timing, and they have some picnic benches, if raining there are some seats in the plaza by the billiards place. We order a customized hot dog with potato coating, topped with cheese & hot Cheetos, the Boom Buffalo, Cheesy Couch Potato, and a Cuban Guy. This was our second time ordering the Boom Buffalo & Cheesy Couch Potato and they were definitely as good as the first time we had them. The Buffalo has delicious fried chicken and buffalo sauce (this is my boyfriends favorite). My favorite is the Cheesy Couch Potato, it's crunchy , cheesy and all around perfect! YUM. Got one of each of their combinations because we've never tried Korean corn dogs before. They were all great and all had completely different flavors. Really love that you can taste the sugar on them. The one with guava was my favorite it was sweet and definitely dessert-y. My second favorite was the Santiago, it has really great sauces on it. So my girlfriend was raving about this place being that it's the only place in South Florida that sells these Korean style hotdogs. So we drove almost a hour to this place and as soon as you pull in you can tell it's busy. This is a good truck located in a gas station so you can just imagine how many cars were there. As soon as we walked up, there was no one in line waiting to order so that was great. But the service was TRASH. We were just standing there waiting to order, no one said "give us a moment" or "hello" we had to ask one of the girls can we place an order after waiting to be serviced for about 7 minutes. After placing an order we were told that the wait was going to be 45 minutes to an hour! RIDICULOUS! After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes, we finally got our corn dogs. The taste was amazing 8/10. Only 1 of our corn dogs was hot which sucks because if you wait all this time why can't we get hot food! Definitely not worth the drive to me, service is too slow! The only place in miami you will be able to find the best Korean corn dogs! The times I have gone it's always been so amazing from the nice welcoming couple that owns the truck to the most delicious corn dogs that they make plus so much more. They have a wide selection of their own creations which are mind blowing and i most definitely recommend them but they also have toppings that you can make your own dog! They recently added street chicken fries to their menu which i tried these things are actually to die for. the little pieces of maduros and queso frito omggggg. Okay now they have drinks. Online it says they close at 11 however when I got there they said they actually close at 10 but that in reality they stop taking orders at 9:45pm so keep that in mind. The queso frito corn dog which I think was called the fried guavita was the most delicious combo of sweet and savory!! A friend told me about these because we had been talking about these Korean style corn dogs and I didn't know someone was actually serving these so first change I got I went by and I'm glad I did. I got the Santiago which is a corn dog drizzled in with garlic cilantro, pink and pineapple sauce and topped with potato sticks and then the Cuban Guy I chose cheese inside topped with garlic aioli, sweet plantains and chicharrón crumble. That crunchy chicharrón crumble with the sweetness of the plantains and that melted cheese pull when you bite was something to die for. The Santiago is a more traditional and simple but still delicious corn dog. I have to come back to try the loaded fries which is one popular item here, I just didn't have enough room for it. Considering all the work and time to make these they're only $8 which is incredible in this economy. Service was super fast and staff is very welcoming, attentive and helpful.
