The ambience was good, there were lots of families with their kids, a DJ playing great music and I believe if I recall correctly there was a bounce house. I had the street tacos from a truck called Doris. The tacos weren't bad but I believe the cheddar cheese wasn't hitting for me. The taste wasn't bad either, just tasted like a basic taco. I had an elote cup from the elote lovers truck. I'm a huge fan of elotes, will order them anywhere but it was wayyy too much mayo for me. The best part was the top with the chile and Parmesan cheese. I had to stop eating it halfway I got a Nutella crepe for dessert which definitely could've had much more Nutella for the price that I paid. It wasn't bad but it was just missing the sufficient amount of Nutella. I'd probably come back and try other options but overall it's a cool thing to do if you're in the area on a Friday night and just wanna to kick it with some friends.

It turned out to be a great choice! The service was excellent; all the servers were very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The food was outstanding. I ordered the sliced Ribeye cooked medium, and it was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. To top it off, the beer was ice cold--exactly what you need for the Miami summer heat. Had to request the drinks from a different server. We then placed our dinner order. Food took a little too long to arrive at our table. Tables that sat after us received drinks, apps, and food wayyyy before we did(must have had another server). Food arrived-must say it was all delicious (so were the apps btw). The server did not come by to ask if food was good, did not ask if we needed anything and definitely no drink refills. We wanted to order dessert but was never offered so we opted to pay and leave. The paying process took just as long. Asked the server for the bill 3 times, never got it. Finally we asked another server for the bill and our server overheard and said that the bill would be coming from the manager.(never heard of that before). Finally got our bill from OUR server. That's the only time she actually provided service- waited for the bill to be paid standing by our side. The entire dinner out process took about 2 and a half hours. Not because we sat around- that's how long it took. I will say as a party of 7 we all have a different opinion on whether or not we will return. Maybe we will try it again as take out. I now the service industry is rough but we didn't ask for much just SIMPLE service.

When I asked if we could simply sing happy birthday and cut the cake ourselves, we were told no. Instead, they brought out one of their desserts for the celebration, which honestly made no sense because we didn't even want it and ended up leaving it untouched. What disappointed me most was not even the fee itself, but the lack of flexibility and customer experience. Sometimes creating a memorable and welcoming experience matters more than enforcing a policy so strictly. Sadly, this experience completely changed how I feel about the restaurant. They lost a loyal customer, and I personally won't be returning.

So I had to try the guava and cheese cinnamon roll and the salted caramel pecan cinnamon roll. Both literally made my toes curl. They lasted seconds from when I brought them home as the whole family devoured them. Now I'm sad as I write this as I have to wait another week but most definitely I'm going grab multiples.
