Taco Tuesday at Mexico 1810 is exactly what it should be--flavorful, festive, and seriously…read moresatisfying. From the moment the tacos hit the table, you know you're in for something special. Warm tortillas, generously filled and perfectly seasoned, topped with fresh cilantro and onions that bring everything together just right. The meats are tender and packed with authentic flavor, and each bite tastes like it came straight from a family recipe passed down through generations. Pair that with their house salsas--ranging from mild and zesty to "oh wow, that's got a kick"--and you've got a taco experience that keeps you coming back for just one more. The atmosphere on Taco Tuesday adds to the fun: lively, welcoming, and full of that unmistakable Mexico 1810 charm. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or settling in to enjoy the evening, this is the kind of place where Taco Tuesday turns into a weekly tradition. If you're looking for great tacos, great vibes, and a reason to celebrate the best day of the week, Mexico 1810 absolutely delivers.

The flavor is amazing and they are never homemade and authentic. The drinks were really good as well. Everything was priced well. We paid $40 for everything. 4 stars because they didn't give us water at all for some reason and they didn't have tres leche cake as dessert. I've never been to a Mexican restaurant that doesn't have that. Another thing is that it's not very clear which tacos are a $1.82.

Basically one person up front and one in the back. Didn't speak much English either so resorted to menu pointing. Food was solid but pricey. Decent portion sizes though. Quesadilla (4): good. Very cheesy which we liked. Burritos (5): we got pollo and asada. Both were solid and came with guac and pico de gallo. Flautas (3): super crispy which was good but the chicken was super dry and needed more seasoning. They really rely on the salsas here so drown them. Tacos (3): meats were all well done with good char but again, you need to eat them fast and right away cause the meat is overcooked and dry. Could also use seasoning. The camaron was the best out of asada, camaron, and al pastor. Overall, solid 3.5. they're pretty good on the grill. Many dishes could use more seasoning but the char was good. I'd recommend in a pinch.

Service is nothing out of the ordinary, it's a tiny little spot so whatever you need you call someone over and they help you out, not much going on in that department. Ambiance is what you'd expect out of your everyday taqueria spot. Now the FOOD here... THE FOOD... these carnitas tacos are GAME-CHANGING... taco Tuesdays here are absolutely undefeated.. 2 dollars a taco you can't beat that for the quality you're getting with these tacos.. paired with the salsa verde it just doesn't get any better.. The al pastor tacos are also so delicious here.. Carnitas and Al Pastor are definitely the way to go if you're planning on trying this spot!

Having stayed till closing of two music week events the prior to evenings, this was in my mind a great recovery meal. Despite the name, this restaurant is not just Mexican, but actually fusion with Uruguayan cuisine. The main courses focused on that area, and the tacos had a lot of exotica such as ear and tongue. Given my preferences, and my stomach, the only basic options that I would get were there Al Pastor and chicken tacos, five dollars each. The menu said that they had alcohol, but apparently not on that week, supposedly for some bureaucratic issue. The tacos were served with just the tortilla and the meat, along with a basket of fixings, such as cilantro and line. No complaints of the food really, the tacos were actually well seasoned and for my taste buds made even better with the hot sauce that left a yummy after burn. When I went to the bathroom, the handle on the door was damaged. Besides that, in the end I was not feeling the place especially that there was a mandatory gratuity.

We were starving and ordered quickly, got our food after just a few short minutes along with two trays of sauces and fixings. The quesabirria was INSANELY delicious, and the tacos were too. We enjoyed a glass of maracuya which is always so nice. Friendly and quick service on top of yummy food makes it an easy restaurant to keep going back to.

We went here between January 27 & February 6/2026. La Potranca has five Florida locations, but this cantina does not feel like a chain. Authentic sabor Mexicano with an excellent friendly staff. Family friendly & handi-able accesible from the parking lot. This location gets full by 7pm but there is extended service & seating in the common covered courtyard. Plenty of parking in this strip mall location. Service is excellent, fast, & great choices of tacos & drinks. You can choose from 14 different meats/cuts for your tacos, including birria & al pastor. Bow to the taco! Also gringas, vampiros, & burritos. They have bowls (they're BIG) & brunch. p.s. try the churros with 3 dipping sauces. Drinks are extra special here. The clamato & beer cocktail is very unique. Served in a Tajin rimmed large mug, with lime & a tamarind wrapped straw. Excellante! Also a variety of margaritas served in whimsical glasses & their three house cervazas (beers) on draft. La Potranca pays homage to iconic singer & actor Vincente Fernandez "King of Ranchera". Check out the interesting connection with the staff or online. The staff here is excellent. Very helpful when navigating the menu. Very friendly. True professionals. Special shout out to Mauricio & Ralphael - you hombres make this place truly special. Mucho Gracias. We give La Potranca our highest recommendation. Closed Mon, Open: Tue, Wed, Thu, & Sun 10am-11pm, Thu & Fri 10am-1am. Nick & Liz, Albany, NY, USA
