We attempted to follow Apple's instructions for clearing data but seemed to have made an error somewhere. My "new" iMac wouldn't work! After spending hours trying to triage the situation myself (searching the internet and speaking with AppleSupport on the phone), I made an appointment with Allied Computing for the following day. At my appointment, I gave a brief description of my computer's issue. The technician seemed incredibly confident and competent and put my worries at ease. I left feeling hopeful that my tech trauma would soon end. The following day I received a call from Allied Computing informing me that my computer had gone through extra diagnostics tests, and was working well! They fixed the bugs in the hard drive, downloaded the latest Operating System AND set up a user account on my behalf. I'm extremely pleased with the service as they truly are professionals. While I truly hope I don't have any future tech issues, I feel much more secure knowing I can reach out to AC next time!

Took the phone to his bench and looked at it, then said "I don't think it's cracked". He took the screen protector off, noticed it was cracked, then he cleaned the phones screen really well and verified, it wasn't cracked. Only the screen protector was cracked. I had no idea the accessory protective covers were made of glass, but yep, Jim said the good ones are, and this one did its job well. So instead of 95 bucks for the phone screen repair, I paid for a new protective cover for 14.99. It could have been so easy for me to just hand him the phone, me leave for an hour or so, then when picking it up could've charged 95 bucks and not know any difference. I have been with them for over 20 years and been fairly happy with their service. Now the updates to my account required a new modem, Which they shipped me. I installed the new modem set up the iternet and everything was fine. I went to the local store to return the old modem and router they shipped (that i did not need). The guy in the store offered me a free tv package, I declined the free TV package he offered, But he still added it then said he could not remove it, But that it was free and not to worry. When i got home i got an email showing where he removed all my services and then readded them which changed the bill from what i set up the previous week, and added almost $40 to my bill. I had to call customer service to get it all straightened out. The customer service rep was helpful (the one on the phone not the store) Got my account corrected and reduced my bill even more for the trouble i had at the store.

He was very clear that if I changed to this new service, I would pay for months 1 and 2, then receive months 3 and 4 FREE. He then ordered the wireless device and it arrived in a few days and works well. I paid the bill for the first 2 months. Verizon continues to bill my account for the "Free" 3rd and 4th" months. They terminated my service and refuse to answer when questioned about Vovaughn's promised Free service. Transferred to a noisy call center in Philippines, I am suffering without home internet and lack of any response about their Verizon Salesman.
