We both thought my hard drive and computer were "dead!" However, in less than twenty-four hours, Adam, who told me that he had never seen a hard drive with as much damage as mine, still was able to repair the damage, and then "clone" my hard drive onto a new computer. Voila! As I said, in less than twenty-four hours, I was up and running again, with ALL of my applications and data intact. It was miraculous. I can't say that this will always be the case with NTS, but I can assure you, they will do everything they can to fix whatever problem your computer may be having. Their prices are very fair, and for me personally, who is totally computer dependent, it was "life-saving," and worth whatever I had to pay.

The stove arrived after it was explained that we had to inspect the unit in case anything was wrong and refuse shipment if we had any issues. The glass door arrived broken. We accepted shipment on instructions from Obadiah's and waited for the new glass door. Nothing came. Then I was asked to write a review by the company manager and I explained I couldn't write a good review since we never got the new door. Somehow FedEx got blamed for parking it in a warehouse. The over $5000 stove smoked incessantly. I contacted the manager who told me how to start a fire, told me pictures of the wood looked like it was wet (it wasn't) and generally treated me like a little child she had lost patience with long ago. Incredibly condescending and never expressing anything like concern for the customer, only on how to blame it on me or anything where she did not have to take responsibility. She told me these things over and over again, open the window before starting a fire, wood must be dry, open the window for some time before adding more wood, etc. She contacted the manufacturer and they told her I could try removing the baffling above the firebox, a type of fabric or fiberglass material. In five minutes we solved the problem that I wasted a lot of time and energy going around and around about with the seller who behaved as described above. Parts ordered later arrived damaged and were replaced.

Within the first two months, she pulled the workers off my project to work on another (more expensive) client's renovation, which delayed mine by three months. At the end of the renovation, she attempted to add a fee to the general contractor's bill (her fee disguised as his) with the hope of getting more money. Attempting to pad your colleague's bill is shady and makes me question her character! Nancy has poor project management and communication skills. She didn't order enough hardware for our cabinets or light fixtures which added to the delay. The most irritating thing is that she did not communicate with the general contractor (who is a superb craftsman and visionary!) and didn't pay attention to what he was doing. For example, when the island was installed she wanted it taken apart and repainted because she didn't like the color. She should have worked alongside the contractor and known about such details before items left the shop rather than have a cow after the fact. By that point, I didn't care about the color of the island and left it as is because the renovation was so far behind schedule that it didn't make sense to redo the work and drag out the project even longer. Overall, it was beyond frustrating to work with her. You can do better for $75/hour.

They were the only ones able to come the next day even after they said they could not come until the following Monday. Everyone else was booked out 2-3 weeks. Now, I believe they work with A-1 sanitation, but they're a separate entity. Anyways, the front desk lady (I believe Cassie or Cassidy) was understanding and compassionate and very on top of things. The only thing I had a complaint about was that the guy with the pump truck said he'd get us to flush the toilets before he left to make sure they were working properly, which he did not, resulting in us thinking it was ready to use, but it ended up flooding the basement again. We ended up having to call them again after they left from pumping because it still wasn't working correctly, turns out the line was clogged as well, so they came back and got that cleared up too. Great company! Highly Recommend! Price was not outrageous either, especially for an emergency call! Thank you, Surefire!
