After waiting 1/2 hour on Saturday afternoon without anyone acknowledging my arrival I left and made an appointment for 2:00 Sunday. It is 3:00 Sunday and I'm still waiting, watching the two employees try to manage a crowd of customers. Ridiculous. read more

Store Representatives and management need retrained in customer service .very awful service . Nearly 1hour and 30 minute wait . They never acknowledge My mom and I but acknowledged another customer and helped them by skipping us . Then we asked if they could help us to pay our bill to be told use kiosk which doesn't work and then they told us to wait while they talk to there manager. Upon returning from said manager we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. Just to pay our bill . Manager was supposedly in a meeting. Meeting should be scheduled after business hours on company time not customers allotted time . And why does a manager need to do the bill when clearly all Representatives are trained to do so! read more

When dealing with an upgrade or phone options, you may want to call 611 first. We got very conflicting information regarding upgrades and availability from corporate than the store. The store told us a year difference not to our benefit. We were told by the manager he would look into it and email his regional manager and get back to us. We never heard from him again. We almost left AT&T until we got some straight answers. Although courteous, (obviously emotionless robotic responses) the manager was not very helpful, but rather escorted us out of the store. Just felt like the attitude was this, if you are not happy, or you are not going to make a purchase right now, you can leave, call corporate, we don't want to deal with you & hey, you didn't read the fine print, it's there in your contract. There really wasn't much effort toward resolution. We were told by the manager he would look into it and email his regional manager and get back to us. We never heard from him again. Liars and cheats. Promise you promotions to get you to upgrade and then back out of them and stick you with an extreme bill. Agents lie repeatedly and even when you present proof in writing of credits promised they deny it. Beware of AT&T and watch your bill closely read more

Horrendous Customer Service! I went into the store as all my photos had suddenly vanished. I waited, along with 5 other people for 1 hr to get checked into the que. It was another 1/2 hr before I was waited on. The man who waited on me, after 10 minutes, told me he wasn't a tech person so couldn't help me. He then referred me to another young man who 'was an authorized Samsung person'. This man spent a couple of minutes scrolling around my phone and then informed me that "I should have googled it". I told him I was over 40 and had spent an evening trying to find my photos already. He said, "you wouldn't by a car and not learn how to drive it would you?" I told him I would also need a mechanic. He then pointed to another employee and said "he's over 50 and he can work his phone". I asked again if he could find my photos. He replied that I 'should go home and spend some time learning to use my phone and 'google it'. I told him I was a 64 yr old woman and just wanted to know how to locate the memory files in my phone and where had all my photos gone? He then stood and said, " get out of MY store". I said 'please show me how to locate the memory card files'. He again told me to 'get out of HIS store'. I asked again. He said if I didn't leave immediately he would call the police. I continued to sit in the chair I was in and he again threatened me. I asked 1 more time to please show me where my memory card files were. He took out his phone and began to dial it. I stood up and left. At this point there were no other customers in the store, it was 2:30 in the afternoon and there were 3 male employees in the store. I went to the other AT&T store and they assisted me; my photos are now back. read more

Jordan at the Hutton Ranch location helped me with an issue with my Samsung phone. He listened to what the issue was, saw that there was an issue, and got it back to normal within 15 minutes. I had visited the other location thinking it would be faster. It was....I was told it was probably an upgrade issue, it couldn't be resolved, and she only likes Iphones. I have always had great service at the Hutton Ranch location, and if I have to wait for a minute to get help, it is worth it!! read more
