We attempted to follow Apple's instructions for clearing data but seemed to have made an error somewhere. My "new" iMac wouldn't work! At my appointment, I gave a brief description of my computer's issue. The technician seemed incredibly confident and competent and put my worries at ease. I left feeling hopeful that my tech trauma would soon end. The following day I received a call from Allied Computing informing me that my computer had gone through extra diagnostics tests, and was working well! They fixed the bugs in the hard drive, downloaded the latest Operating System AND set up a user account on my behalf. I'm extremely pleased with the service as they truly are professionals. While I truly hope I don't have any future tech issues, I feel much more secure knowing I can reach out to AC next time!

I have been with them for over 20 years and been fairly happy with their service. Now the updates to my account required a new modem, Which they shipped me. I installed the new modem set up the iternet and everything was fine. I went to the local store to return the old modem and router they shipped (that i did not need). The guy in the store offered me a free tv package, I declined the free TV package he offered, But he still added it then said he could not remove it, But that it was free and not to worry. When i got home i got an email showing where he removed all my services and then readded them which changed the bill from what i set up the previous week, and added almost $40 to my bill. I had to call customer service to get it all straightened out. The customer service rep was helpful (the one on the phone not the store) Got my account corrected and reduced my bill even more for the trouble i had at the store.
