We attempted to follow Apple's instructions for clearing data but seemed to have made an error somewhere. My "new" iMac wouldn't work! At my appointment, I gave a brief description of my computer's issue. The technician seemed incredibly confident and competent and put my worries at ease. I left feeling hopeful that my tech trauma would soon end. The following day I received a call from Allied Computing informing me that my computer had gone through extra diagnostics tests, and was working well! They fixed the bugs in the hard drive, downloaded the latest Operating System AND set up a user account on my behalf. I'm extremely pleased with the service as they truly are professionals. While I truly hope I don't have any future tech issues, I feel much more secure knowing I can reach out to AC next time!

He took the screen protector off, noticed it was cracked, then he cleaned the phones screen really well and verified, it wasn't cracked. Only the screen protector was cracked. I had no idea the accessory protective covers were made of glass, but yep, Jim said the good ones are, and this one did its job well. So instead of 95 bucks for the phone screen repair, I paid for a new protective cover for 14.99. It could have been so easy for me to just hand him the phone, me leave for an hour or so, then when picking it up could've charged 95 bucks and not know any difference. First of all Customer Service was really outstanding. Personable, friendly with their "thanks for being the best part of Spectrum" end of call tag line. she dispatched a Tech Simon out here within the hour. He tested a few things, replaced a few connectors. all was good. then of course after he left, it wasn't. I called back - again, great customer service. I did my part - replacing my modem (with a free one from the Spectrum Store), I replaced my Google Mesh Wifi network, and confirmed that the issue was on more than one device. Anyway, today the second tech - Tyler, came out to assess - again within an hour of my call. he tested everything, ended up replacing my modem again and - get this - he re-ran the entire Coax cable under my house. He made running that cable looks about as easy as me lacing up my shoes. So Now, my internet is blazing fast - 500mb down, no more intermittent outages. A Great Company isnt about perfection - its about knowledgeable, respectful people who act with a sense of urgency and kindness. Thats who Spectrum is. I spoke with 5 different people (2 Customer Service, 1 at the Spectrum Retail store and 2 Technicians) and I can say this every touchpoint within the company is Outstanding.
