(Since that happens sometimes, and most places do honor an exchange) When it didn't work, I came back the next day, and while the owner, Whip, did allow the exchange, he then refused to honor a sale price on flower that was being offered at the time. His reasoning? Because he "ate the cost" of the defective vape, and "shouldn't have exchanged it anyway" In other words, he made me pay extra for flower just to cover *his* loss on a product that never worked in the first place. So, instead of making things right, he essentially charged me more for a faulty vape. To make matters worse, not one person in the shop seemed to understand what a terpene was, which is basic knowledge for anyone working in a dispensary. Between the complete lack of product knowledge and the terrible customer service, this was by far the worst dispensary experience I've ever had. With at least four other dispensaries within a five-minute drive, I'll be taking my business somewhere that actually values its customers and knows what they're selling.
