Had some screen issues, it was out of warranty, and this was the closest place with great reviews. When I got here, the gentleman essentially told me that he could fix it, told me what the price is, and despite having the job pretty much in hand, took a moment to refer me back to Apple. He even went so far as to explain what was going on in the iPhone, proceeded to lookup the issue online and found an Apple service advisory about the symptoms that we were experiencing, printed it off for me so I can present it to Apple, and sent me on my way. Apple did ultimately fix the screen, free of charge. Where alot of places try to run their ignorant customers through the ringer just because they can, the great people here took a moment to make sure we got what we needed done at the best possible price(free). If you're that concerned about us getting treated right when you made absolutely $0 off of us, then I'm certain my device will be in good hands when I actually need work done. I opted for the upgrade. I had to risk sending the money to him to buy it first, then when he came to put it in it was a No brand name Monitor (straight from China) and when he finished installing it was showing me how to operate it, I asked him "What about the Backup camera, that was the main thing I wanted". And he worked, looked for awhile longer and said I'd have to buy a camera, cable and modular and he'd come back to install it. I went ahead and paid for the work he did, and he said he'd send a link for me to buy what was needed to finish up, but never did so I texted and called him to remind him to send the link, several times for a month, no contact. He Ghosted me. I had to get a different company to finish his work and get me a Backup camera for another $400. I checked out his reviews at first and they were 7 good reviews so I went with him. After this experience I've checked deeper and there are several Bad reviews. I will never recommend him, and certainly never pay till the work is completely done to your satisfaction.
