I brought my brand-new 2025 truck to 360 on July 13th for a few small dents on the driver-side door…read moreand paid $1,900 for the repair and to match the truck's sheen. I picked it up July 21st and everything initially looked great. One week later, the repaired door became noticeably duller than the rest of the truck. I contacted 360 and brought it back on August 5th. They refinished the door, but the exact same issue returned 11 days later. I contacted the owner, Frank, and brought it back a third time. I picked it up August 29th. Shortly afterward, the driver-side door began getting stuck and would not open normally. On September 19th, I had the same issue again and could clearly see that the interior door was damaged and the pins were not lining up properly with the door frame, creating a crack. I contacted Frank, but received no response, so I went to the shop personally. Frank insisted they never removed the interior door panel and refused to take responsibility for the damage. When I asked why my brand-new truck had never experienced these problems before their work, his response was, "Maybe because it's a work truck?" It is not a work truck; it is my personal vehicle. When I expressed my disappointment, Frank became hostile, repeatedly cursed at me, and told me to " F*** you, get the f*** off the property." As I was leaving, he followed me out of the parking lot in a black Chevrolet truck. After paying $1,900 and making multiple trips back to the shop, I expected the work to be done correctly and the business to stand behind it. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend 360 Auto Group. If you use them, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle and documenting everything before leaving the property.

This place does QUALITY work ! The estimator - Daphne - is a seasoned estimator. I was given a very reasonable guesstimate and 2 days later, a written estimate to approve. They estimated 2 plus weeks to get it all fixed up - got the brand new looking car back 10 days later. Seriously , you can't tell it was repaired. The gaps between fender and the hood and the fender and the passenger door are PERFECT ! This is a local business doing quality work!! I was pleased at the professionalism and quality of work. They accept Insurance as well as cash.

When the appointment comes around. My wife and I each drove 30 minutes/25 miles separately out of our way during the work day to drop my truck off. The people at the shop then tell me they had cancelled my appointment since they were backed up and stated they tried telling me for many days. They offered a discount for our time wasted and wanted me to rebook for another day. Once we each drove the 30 minutes/25 miles back to work, I checked my email, texts, and voicemails and did not receive any notice that my appointment was cancelled nor moved. I did receive one single missed call 3 days before my appointment but it was from a number that was not listed on the shops website so I did not connect the dots. They DID NOT leave a voicemail nor email nor text stating my appointment was cancelled. I then emailed the shop to discuss the discount they offered me while I was in the shop for my original appointment. Lucy, the office manager, (who was not there when I drove to the shop originally) acted like there was no discount for the wasted time. She acted like it was my fault that she did not leave a single message that my appointment was cancelled and did not even go as far as apologize for wasting my wife and my time during the middle of the work day. I decided to cancel my second appointment. If I couldn't trust them to hold an appointment or honor their own word about a discount, how could I trust them to do expensive work on my truck that could cause permanent damage. When I picked the vehicle up and drove it home I went to close the door and after touching the outside of the door felt a gritty sandpaper texture over the paint. I started feeling around the vehicle and was immediately nauseated. They oversprayed bedliner on the entire vehicle. Driver front and rear door, roof, hood, fenders, headlights, fenders... everything. I immediately contacted them and left a message explaining the damages. The next day I contacted other bedliner installers, detailers, and a paint shop. All of them informed me that I was looking at a 10-12hr repair involving clay barring, scraping, buffing and polishing. They advised me not to use harsh solvents and chemicals. Other people online that had experienced issues with linex tried denatured alcohol, this did not work. I contracted the corporate linex office in NC to get help. I talked to them for a few days forwarding all photos and videos and a summary of the damage all while waiting to hear from the installer. When I finally got a call back from linex RR after 4 attempts to reach them I told them I was in touch with corporate and Marcus of RR said "well if you did that there's nothing we can do for you" and hung up. In the meantime, to save my brand new vehicle's paint, I paid $850 for a detailed to come out and work on the vehicle ALL DAY with two people and they were able to fix the exterior *mostly*. They were unable to fix the interior (window was left open during install) and now I must live with a ruined steering wheel, center console, and door card covered in gritty adhesive. Both the installer and corporate office refuse to accept damages for the issue. Learn from me and go to rhino or another retailer. They ruined my vehicle and lost a customer for life.

I Live in Austin and I was visiting family in Killeen so I decided to get my car Windows…read moretinted.It's cheaper to do in Killeen Than Austin.I called a few places and Honestly decided to go with Deepstage because they were the least expensive place.I called while on my way and He said they could get me first thing in the morning and I explained that wouldn't be possible bc I was only in Town for a couple hrs.He told me to go ahead and bring my car in and that the tint guy (Kevin) could do 2 cars at once.The only bad thing I could say is I waited about 3 hrs But I was just happy they fit me in so waiting really diddnt bother me.The 2 guys at the front were super Awesome! Really good customer service! When it was done Kevin went outside with us and told us the do's and dont's for the next 3 days to not mess up the tint.Which I also thought was Awesome! To top it all off when I paid he had explained to me since we looked them up on the web they gave us $20 bucks off an already great price for a promotional special!!! We tipped Kevin left and the car looks great! If we have any other cars that we need tinted Im not going to think Twice about Driving to Killeen and having Deepstage do my tint! I sadly came across Randy who is hands down a used car salesman. People sitting around the garage sitting around doing nothing, tells you all you need to know. I was told by the woman at the front desk, this location was under new management but even the owner as she pointed out to me as he walked is questionable at best. Under new management doesn't mean necessarily best. Hard pass. You know it's bad when you take time out our day to write a review on such a place. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
