    On October 3, 2025, I returned a product to the Georgetown, TX Best Buy store for $648.48 (Order…read more#691-44-1650-100325). Since that time, I have made repeated attempts to receive my refund in the form of store credit, as the original gift cards (xxxxxxxxxxxx3508 & xxxxxxxxxxxx0572) issued were nonfunctional. Over the past several months, I have been given multiple assurances from Best Buy representatives that replacement gift cards--either physical or digital--would be issued. None of these commitments have been fulfilled. Best Buy has retained my returned product while failing to provide a usable refund. Throughout this process, I have been given inaccurate and inconsistent information, including repeated guarantees that were not honored. These misrepresentations resulted in a financial benefit to Best Buy, as they kept the returned product, and a direct financial loss to me as the customer, as I have not received access to my refund. I have made numerous good-faith attempts to resolve this through customer service. Instead, I have been placed in a repeated cycle of contacting support, waiting for promised resolutions that do not occur, and having to start over again. There is no effective escalation path, and both in-store and online representatives have been unable to resolve the issue. This situation involves clear misrepresentation, financial benefit to the company, and financial harm to the customer. I have been a long-time Best Buy customer and have purchased multiple appliances and electronics from them for years. This experience has significantly changed my perception of the company. The last interaction I had with Bestbuy under case 374884247 stated that "within 17 business days I was guaranteed a valid gift card delivered to my property" but as stated none of the previous guarantees made by Best Buy have actualized. I am requesting immediate resolution in the form of a valid and usable refund.

    I will say, this is a very late review. I used Aaron's here in Georgetown about 3 years ago. We got…read morea TV, a TV stand, a DVD player, and a RUG. We spoke with a salesman prior to signing the contract to address the monthly payments, and the length of time it would take us to pay everything off. The payments were fair, and we signed the contract and agreed to pay by said date every month. The first month was fine, however we did get a call a few days after signing the contract that our payments would actually be more than what we originally agreed to because there was a mistake made on their part. I also notified them that the remote control they gave to us for the DVD player was not the correct remote or brand. They said they would not take it off our bill, and that we had to of made a mistake because the remote that was checked out was the correct one that went to the DVD player... We swept this under the rug and paid our " updated monthly payment" and just manually worked our new DVD player by hand to save from having to sign a new contract for a new DVD player, and having lost the money we already put down for the current on. The 3rd month A man from Aarons showed up at our doorstep to take our stuff back for not making our monthly payment. I told him it must be a mistake because our payment wasn't due for another week, and he continued to tell me that we had bi weekly payments and had not paid our last one or our current one. I refused to let him take our stuff and told him to call his manager. I shut the door and didnt hear another knock, nor did I get a call from anyone at Aarons in regard to this issue. Again, I swept this under the rug thinking he had obviously made a mistake. Month 5 comes around and they show up again. This time I called his manager as he stood in my doorway and demanded to know why dealing with them was becoming such a headache. The man I had originally done business with continued to try to tell me that we had agreed to pay everything off within 1 year ( WHICH IS NOT THE TRUTH) and that in order for us to do that we had to continue to make our bi-weekly payments. I basically told him he was full of it and that it was not on the contract that I signed. I then went up there and asked for a copy of my contract and ended up being right about what I had told him. I also made the monthly payment in advance to avoid dealing with them. Month 6- SAME THING! Another knock at the door. This time I called again and a woman tried to tell me that I had to make bi monthly payments or they had to take my stuff. The BI- monthly payments totaling almost double what my original monthly payments had been. At this point I decided I was done. Aarons is a FRAUDULENT company. They will pickpocket you anyway you can, and will look you in your eyes WITH YOUR CONTRACT IN HAND and tell you it says something it doesn't say and try to collect on it. None the less. I let them take everything that wasn't already paid off, and told them I would never do business with them again. To this day I have not, nor will I EVER make that mistake again. My best friend is currenty going through the EXACT same problem we did. Now they show up every month saying she didnt pay her "bi weekly bill" and continue to tell her when she calls that she has BEEN making BI WEEKLY payments for several months now even though she has not. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!! This company needs to be shut down, or at least the one here in Georgetown. I cant believe there are actually good reviews for this place! I warn everyone thinking of using Aarons.. DO NOT! You will be throwing money away for something you will not end up keeping, that will eventually go on your debt. They will collect whatever they decide they want one way or another!!!

My video-gamer sons love being able to play games with Gigabit speeds! We have received excellent education and support along the way. They made it so that all lights, ceiling fans, and thermostats in our home could be run through Alexa, an app, or on preset schedules. This has made my life as a mom so much easier. On school days, I have our whole house scheduled to "wake-up" at a certain time so that I don't have to go to each of my four kids' rooms to wake them. "Wake-up" turns lights on, ceiling fans off, and the thermostat up a little. And a simple "Hey Alexa, turn on bedtime" turns off all lights and turns on all ceiling fans throughout the house. And when I leave my 2 story home each morning, I do not go room to room turning off the lights behind my kids. I say "Hey Alexa, turn everything off!", and she does! ACA Electronics has been great over the past few years to offer continued support, and they do a really good job of explaining things in a way that I can understand. They also wall-mounted all of our TVs. In our great room they installed a MantleMount above our fireplace. It can be lowered to a comfortable eye-level height when sitting, but raises to above the mantle when not in use. It's really tight on the wall and a very beautiful addition to our home. Throughout the whole process ACA has been great. They gave me an itemized estimate, then gave me options without overselling. During the installation they communicated well and the follow through was excellent. They kept the house clean while they were working and the final clean up was excellent too. I highly recommend using ACA Electronics for all your Internet and audio needs!
