I had several issues so I visited one of their stores and was treated so badly that I swore I would never do business with them again and switched to Verizon that same day. Recently, one of my friends needed to visit his AT&T store and, out of curiosity, I joined him inside. Their customer service and attitude has digressed to an even worse level and I walked out while they treated him like dirt. Maybe he will come to realize phone service can be and is better elsewhere...even at Verizon where I've been a loyal customer for 40 years.

I took my iPad Pro to this place to a broken screen. After talking to the store technician he told…read moreme they could replace the screen with a certified Apple replacement screen. I was told before I agreed to have the proceed with the that the screen would be Apple, have a warranty and be ready the next day. It turns out that it took them longer to repair and was replaced with some cheap Chinese knockoff screen. After I receive my iPad back from them supposedly repaired they game me my iPad back in the box that the cheap Chinese part came in. After taking may iPad back home I was able to use it for three days until the screen went black and quit. I had to go back to the store because they would not answer my call. They looked at my iPad and accused me of breaking it tell me it was my fault there product failed and that I would have to buy another screen, After spending over an hour trying to get them to understand the issue and replace the screen with a genuine Apple part I am waiting for a resolution and have opened up a dispute with my ban, i was also able to contact my bank who was able to recotd the conversation. Bottom line I was overcharged for a cheap Chinese part with no warranty and no help costing me $1050 dollar.

I appreciate that many of these features are active noise cancellation. And when I'm at the gym or at work, they filter out most of the background noise that threatens to get in the way. That transparency mode is neat because when I need to, I still get to hear conversations clearly. Whereas sound quality is solid and clean, bass is steady but soft enough not to scare people off, battery life has also been solid: I can use them for hours without worrying about charging. Quality, comfort, performance; that is the worth of what I paid now. Advantages are clear connections, good sound quality and the portability needed. However, to others I can say they might see this as being on the higher price side. Disadvantages might include its price and the fact that they are small enough to easily be misplaced. This is mostly where I would give them a rating of 4.5/5 stars. I consider them beneficial to my lifestyle so I would buy again. And I want to recommend them to consumers who love Apple products, who work out regularly, who travel, and who need noise suppression to concentrate. But those are good enough to warrant it is worth the price if you want top wireless earbuds and are looking for high-end earbuds.
