I was out of country and unable to return mine until returning. Employee & manager "Alvin Holloway" lied directly to me that they "can't take the phone" and asked me to go ship it myself despite my wife & daughter LITERALLY returning last week. Was excited to have a nearby AT&T option rather than Baybrook. And first employee when we purchased phones was great. Lying in sales is not a good move.
