When we asked what the total price to up grade the phone we were told an amount of $266.64 to cover taxes and the pay- off of the old phone. That would be all I had to actually pay today, $266.64. Then she (Valerie G) is the young lady that helped us today. Asked for my bank card a second time to, to charge a different amount of $153.95. Now it brings the Total price of the new phone to an amount of $420.59, not a total amount of $266.64. They would not refund any part of either charge. Needles to say, the girl did say there would only be one charge to my bank card. She lied ther were two separate charges of $266.74 the payoff amount of the old phone, the the second charge of taxes and other fees of $153.95. I then o formed the branch manager that the young lady needs more training, due to the way it was presented, was fraudulent and misleading to customer. That when people ask for a Total amount, that does mean two separate charges of ?266.64, then a second charge of $153.05 making it a Total Combined Amount of$420.59. So, doubt use the location at 9115 Eagle Dr. suite 400 Mont Belivieu, Texas 77523 And certainly do not call the phone number indicated of (281)201-5141 they will put you on hold for an hour and nobody picks up. I wis that yelp allowed of rating of "0" Stars or at the very least a 1/2 of a star.

He went to the back of the store, then came out and told me there was a problem and that someone online was trying to buy the phone. When I said that I had been there and we were in the middle of the paperwork, he said it wouldn't be a problem, they just needed to cancel the online order. Then he started telling me I couldn't get the phone because it needed to be repaired. Why would a brand new phone still in a sealed box need repairing and how would he know that?! So he ordered a phone to be delivered to me and told me to come back when I got it and he would transfer the data without charge and made a note of that on the paperwork. I went back with the phone. He was not there and I was told they couldn't do that. I asked to talk to the manager who told me the clerk was new and still in training and was not allowed to offer that. She made no attempt to reconcile the situation! Absolutely no customer service!!

Went in last month to have my wife get a new phone. I get this month bill....$22 charge for installment 1 of 36 for the new phone. Apparently, the word free means nothing to ATT, so don't be fooled when they flat out lie about what you'll be charged.

I don't understand how a cooperation this large can have such poor quality customer service representatives. Three separate times I was told that I would be able to pay my bill 5 days later on the 20th, after spending literally hours over a three day period, talking to dishonest, "say anything" representatives whose primary concern is to tell you what you want to hear and get you off the line. Three separate times I was assured that the issue was taken care of, and that I would be permitted to pay on the 20th as requested. Three separate times those promises were not kept, and I my service was actually terminated. Instead of being smart and running for the hills, I took out a loan to pay it before I got paid on the 20th. During one of those hour long customer service calls, he updated my billing to pay each month on the 20th. Well lo and behold, Verizon just tried to charge my account, not 7 days after I paid my bill and restored services, and somehow, my billing is back to the 3rd of each month. I'm about fed up with this entire experience, and plan to switch providers again.

I have constant connectivity, and their customer service has been great. For those leaving negative reviews, you may want to call Spectrum and see what channel you should use for your router. Channels 1, 6, 11, work best for me. Spectrum also works better with certain type routers, as I find I get awesome speeds and connectivity with the Netgear Nighthawk 1900. If you use a cheap router, you get what you pay for, especially if you live in a large home. If you question Spectrums service to your home, run an Ethernet cable from your PC directly into the charter-spectrum modem, next, go to google and type in "speed test", select the one that says ...ookla, and this will be your actual speed to your home. By doing this test, you remove all interference within your home and your computer's Wi-Fi. Give Spectrum a chance...!!!
