I don't understand how a cooperation this large can have such poor quality customer service representatives. Three separate times I was told that I would be able to pay my bill 5 days later on the 20th, after spending literally hours over a three day period, talking to dishonest, "say anything" representatives whose primary concern is to tell you what you want to hear and get you off the line. Three separate times I was assured that the issue was taken care of, and that I would be permitted to pay on the 20th as requested. Three separate times those promises were not kept, and I my service was actually terminated. Instead of being smart and running for the hills, I took out a loan to pay it before I got paid on the 20th. During one of those hour long customer service calls, he updated my billing to pay each month on the 20th. Well lo and behold, Verizon just tried to charge my account, not 7 days after I paid my bill and restored services, and somehow, my billing is back to the 3rd of each month. I'm about fed up with this entire experience, and plan to switch providers again.

It's completely bad business ethics and wrong. They over charge for games that shouldn't be that high. Take for example NCAA Football 14 for the PS3 and XBOX 360. At GameStop you'll pay $70 for it on PS3 and XBOX 360. While these guys sell it for $100. They're worse than the scalpers selling the PS5 for double and some triple the actual price.
