You can walk in and sit there for 40 mins and no one will tell you what's going on or how long it'll be. Terrible service from employees.

I thought that the very worst customer service department belonged to Cricket, until I switched to Verizon. I don't understand how a cooperation this large can have such poor quality customer service representatives. Three separate times I was told that I would be able to pay my bill 5 days later on the 20th, after spending literally hours over a three day period, talking to dishonest, "say anything" representatives whose primary concern is to tell you what you want to hear and get you off the line. Three separate times I was assured that the issue was taken care of, and that I would be permitted to pay on the 20th as requested. Three separate times those promises were not kept, and I my service was actually terminated. Instead of being smart and running for the hills, I took out a loan to pay it before I got paid on the 20th. During one of those hour long customer service calls, he updated my billing to pay each month on the 20th. Well lo and behold, Verizon just tried to charge my account, not 7 days after I paid my bill and restored services, and somehow, my billing is back to the 3rd of each month. I'm about fed up with this entire experience, and plan to switch providers again. read more

The sales reps here are trained to take new money only. My phone was abruptly disconnected and these people were no help, they wouldn't even let me borrow a phone to call customer support. I am very disappointed as I have been loyal for decades. My only advice was to pay the amount they were asking for which was charged by mistake. Like I said, don't go here, they only care to take money. Not to help loyal customers. read more

I definitely wouldn't recommend this location, unfortunately, they're unprofessional. A young guy came to unlock the door while the music was blasting in-store and asked what we needed, once he informed us of their occupancy limit (one person per team member) he was very happy to close and lock the door due to being unable to accommodate a party of two! He walked towards the back of the store and started laughing with another team member. We needed multiple new phones along with new lines, if this is Verizon's idea of customer service I'll stay with my current provider. read more

I went in on Sept. 17 at 11:30a and dealt with Lucia A. She was very rude and less than helpful. Avoid this location if you can.

I recently upgraded my 3 Apple I-Pads. I had trouble trying to order them on the Verizon website. I called the Verizon store on hwy 146!in Baytown. I talked to a young man named Giovanni. He was amazing. He ordered them and said they would be in 2 days. They were and I made an appt for that day to have them set up. The store followed all protocol for social distancing and everyone had to wear a mask. They had a hand washing station at front door with masks for those who didn't have one. They did not have any walk-in traffic. And I appreciated that. I felt completely protected in that store. He set up my new I-pads and they are great. The service at this store is first class especially from this young man. read more
