Everything was going well, until Mohammad and his side kick friend began to give my sibling troubles with switching. We had decided to go against getting Metro due to the lack of customer service. When my sibling told him not to charge her card as we were going with another company. Mohammad did not listen and proceeded to charge her card without her permission. As this was going on, Mohammad spoke malicious towards me and my sibling because he kept looking at us, laughing and pointing while he spoke with his side kick friend. Mohammad then told us that the charge was nonrefundable. My sibling had charges on her card and I told her immediately to dispute them for fraud. He is a con-artist and scammer! Beware of him.

I visited K Cell Phone Repair after having troubles with my phone battery. I wanted someone to do…read morethe replacement for me so I could be sure it was done properly. They did an outstanding job and the difference is night and day, my phone used to die everyday and now it easily lasts on one charge. Not only did they do an outstanding job with the replace, but even gave me a phone to borrow for the few hours I had to leave mine at their shop. Also, I had asked for a recommendation for a new charger block as my stock one that came with the phone seems to take forever to charge. I was recommended and shown the charger that they used personally on their phone. Talk about a genuine interest and desire to help. That product works fantastic. All of that combined with how friendly and knowledgeable the representatives were made it hard to believe how good of a deal I was getting. This is the only place I will go to for any cell phone needs and will be happy to recommend my friends.

I was told before I agreed to have the proceed with the that the screen would be Apple, have a warranty and be ready the next day. It turns out that it took them longer to repair and was replaced with some cheap Chinese knockoff screen. After I receive my iPad back from them supposedly repaired they game me my iPad back in the box that the cheap Chinese part came in. After taking may iPad back home I was able to use it for three days until the screen went black and quit. I had to go back to the store because they would not answer my call. Bottom line I was overcharged for a cheap Chinese part with no warranty and no help costing me $1050 dollar.
