I recommend an online option to input the quote and the vendor, then they can confirm up front if they're willing/able to price match as well as why if they cannot. In my case, they could not as the rival vendor likely did not use OEM components for the repair given the price disparity. I'd already looked up the price of the OEM part itself, so I know they were honest about the quote discrepancy. That information just would have been nice to know before hand.

He doesn't pay his employees and has horrible employee retention. He over charges for diagnostic fees and is to busy to get to repairs that sit there for months. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done. Do not take your business here, he will break your item and act like he didn't do it. Really is disappointing to see this is a black man. So much for supporting your people.

My only concern was that there were so few reviews, so I thought I owed it to Ty to give him the recognition that he deserves. My SSD was 99% degraded when I finally decided to get it replaced. Ty was extremely courteous and professional, and was able to replace my drive (upgraded from 128GB to 1TB) and have my laptop back to me the next day. 11/10 - would recommend his services to everyone.
