I took my iPad Pro to get a screen replacement since my baby broke it. However, after it was fixed by this place the home button kept sinking in or coming out. When it sinked in, I could see the light from inside the iPad. I didn't think it's normal. The button also moved around and sometimes doesn't work. I took it back and they lady kind of fix it. However, the light and camera fixture were broken and the button recognition was broke since day one. Well, guess what about 30 days later the home button sinked in again and the lpad does NOT work at all. I took it back to the shop and the guy refused to fixed bc it was past the 30 day period. I did called apple and they actually told me this shop messed up my IPad when they replaced the screen and Apple couldn't help me anymore. Now I am out of over $260 since I bought a screen protector and case thinking my IPad was fixed. The iPad doesn't work anymore and I tried reaching out to the shop several time but no answer. The people working here are nice and repaired my iPhone 6 screen in less than half an hour. They also sold me on a phone case that has protective glass on the front and back. The employees put on cartoons for my boys to watch during the wait time. I took away a star because it was $139 to repair my screen, but they have a Groupon available for $25 if it was an iPhone 5. The reasoning they gave me was that it was the 6 was a newer phone, but I still felt like it was overpriced. Also, the first employee quoted me $139 and then the employee checking me out said she gave me a discount and I was excited, but then it was still the $139. So maybe their sales tactics aren't entirely in place...I also found the $49 case for $36 on Amazon when I got home. read more

My screen broke on my iPad 3 and my boyfriend fixed most of it himself (he's a computer tech), but he couldn't get the adhesive to seal. It kept coming apart and he decided to take it here for some help. The tech there (not sure of his name) got it fixed correctly and even coached my boyfriend on what he had done wrong and the difference in products used to make the screen glue down. Yea, I could probably find those cheaper elsewhere but I appreciate the recommendations they make and them putting the screen protectors and cases for me. Saves me time and I trust them. Worth it! This company does not stand by its work, even when it admits that it made a mistake. We had them fix a cracked screen on a phone; after they returned it, simply pressing the home button caused the screen to crack and cave in, and the home button slid back behind the new (cracked) screen. We brought it back in and the guy at the desk admitted, right in front of my wife (in a conversation with his manager), that they made a mistake in how they installed it. He offered to do the LABOR to repair the cracked screen again for free, but insisted that it was "company policy" to require us to pay even more money for the replacement parts needed to do so. This is ridiculous. The replacement parts were only needed because they failed to fix the phone properly. This company will not stand by its work, and will make YOU, the customer, pay for the replacement parts if they don't get it right the first time. read more

Please do not waste your time going there. I own several of the same model tablets, and I have had them repaired successfully there in the past. I went there tonight, and they refused to repair the screen. They indicated that it was impossible, even though I mentioned that I have had the same identical repair completed there on multiple occasions. He refused to pull my precious records and stated that it simply could not be done. They have lost a loyal customer. I also spoke with the manager and explained the situation.
