When I arrived, he immediately checked my phone and realized the port wasn't broken--it was just dirty. He cleaned it out, handed my phone back, and simply said, "I don't rob people." I even offered to pay him something, but he refused and just gave me his business card. Truly an honest business that deserves to be trusted and supported. I'll definitely be coming back if I ever need a repair.

They told me IF they could get it to work, they may not be able to save my data. HalleluYah! They were able to restore it AND my data. This was amazing news because I had some files on it that I hadn't backed up. I learned my lesson and backed that baby up right away. That iPad lasted for another year and a half before it totally died. This time I buried it. I was suppose to write a review back then but life was happening. Today, I ran across my old invoice from then and decided to log in and give them their long over due 5 stars. Amazing service, fair price, and great communication.

I drove over with my laptop ready for a diagnostic, only to find the door locked with no staff available. Their signage indicated they were open, and their online profile also showed open hours, which made the situation even more frustrating. I tried calling while I was there and got no answer, and this wasn't the first time, I had also called the week prior without anyone picking up. I even waited in my car for a while in case someone showed up, but no one ever did. It ended up being a complete waste of my time, especially since I made the trip specifically based on their reputation. I'm genuinely disappointed, as I was ready to move forward with repairs and give them my business.

It is, after all, a SMALL repair store with a LOT of supplies... and I don't go for ambiance. I go for quality repairs, and great service, and have never been disappointed. I find Eddie, the owner, to be honest, knowledgeable, and fast when he isn't inundated with trying to please customers with his quick turnaround repairs. Personally, I dont worry about what time the store may open. I never go until I call to see if I can bring my stuff in. So, I have never had to wait. A small business such as UZ Tech Computers may have to open late due to some reasonable issues... Heck, you might even find a good deal on rebuilt computers, if you aren't too picky. I did. But, you might want to call ahead to see how busy they are...
