I look through and there isn't not one single battery for this $300 pair of headphones. I then go ahead and go back in the store immediately. I get back in line the person ringing me up the first time just leaves me stranded and provides no details to the next person. I show the person how I just bought an "excellent" condition product. And then come to find out there's no batteries in this $300 headphones so they laugh and agree that it's ridiculous that it's excellent condition when there wasn't even a single battery along with the "duo charging headphones" they instruct me to go grab another one off the shelf so I'm walking happily like wow super easy fix just replace with a new one. I walk back with the item. He's making conversation acting as if we're friends talking about gaming then randomly ends conversation saying. So that'll be an additional $130. I ask why would I pay if I payed for this excellent condition box when it has no batteries it'd be right to give me a replacement then he made up saying that since it's open boxed and the other one is a new box I have to pay the new box price. It isn't my fault that your employees cannot throughly inspect an item to assure it's in excellent condition when you quite literally can't use the headphones without batteries. Extremely poor customer service, even had the nerve to sell me "2 year warranty of any damages" when you guys don't warranty the "excellent condition" on any of your products. I of course got a refund because he obviously wanted me to pay for something I shouldn't be paying for at all. I kept the ps5 disc drive but I think I'll drive back now and just return it I can't support a business like this. This is a horrible terrible experience getting forced up charged for no reason. BB replaced 4 pts at the end of my extended warranty in 1/2026, (front & rear bearings, dryer drum and heating element) instead of replacing the dryer after escalating the issue multiple times. The geek squad did the work and the problem is worse than it was prior to the two party team touching my dryer. I have sent multiple videos to the alleged supervisor, Patrick as proof of the problem and he never responded after his visit on 2/5/26. After numerous phone calls, the escalation dept scheduled two follow-up appoints, 2/21& 2/22, both were cancelled via text with no explanation. I was told that the work came with a 90 day warranty and BB is refusing to honor the warranty. DO NOT BUY LARGE APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY. If you're so inclined after reading multiple negative reviews, DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM BEST BUY. purchase it when you get the offer in the mail from the manufacturer. ALWAYS DEMAND THIRD PARTY REPAIR. BEST BUY outsources CS, I have spoken to 2 reps in Guatemala, 3 reps in Panama City, Panama, 2 in Central America, a number of others that I never asked for their location, escalation reps allegedly in MN, Florida, and Chicago all suggesting they will forward my concerns about the inexperienced geek sq techs, asking for third party techs or a replacement to No Avail. The dryer has been priced at approximately $630; after sending out 4 techs and replacing four parts, it probably would've cost less to replace the dryer. Best Buy is refusing to uphold the 90 day warranty they promised. I would not recommend BB to anyone.

I like to wait on my reviews to make sure I have no regrets or issues, and I can say 1 year later I am happier than when I first got it installed. TLDR: I would highly recommend Tony and his team for his work. I will personally be using them again and have recommended them to others already. Excellent service, responsiveness and genuine customer service. Tony works with you not just for you. He worked with me on within my budget and timelines, and provided great suggestions, options and education to make sure I ended up with the best outcome. Everyone with his company I interacted with was professional, nice, and great at their jobs. Finally, he worked just as hard after the install and payments to locate grill covers for my recently purchased speakers. Which was hard as due to budget/value we went with end of model life options so the grills were no longer being produced. I may have gotten last two in America. This level of follow-through and post-sale support is rare today.

I'm a Target girly and I have no shame in that. I mostly do drive up orders and I love that I can also get my Starbucks at the same time... because I'm also a Starbucks girly with no shame in that either lol. The inside of every Target is pretty similar and they mostly carry the same items, but some seem to be better stocked than others. The people are always friendly and while some people say Target is overpriced, their prices are comparable to H-E-B, so I think it's just fine. No complaints here. Carry on! :)
