The store was very busy, as it always has been when we are in on a Saturday AM, which seemed to distract him as he had someone come in specifically to see him. If I could offer one piece of advice it would be to staff 3 people all day Saturday as there were a minimum of 2 people waiting from the time we arrived until we left. Even though Danny was distracted by the person waiting he still made us feel important and answered all our questions and only addressed the other customer as we were waiting for downloads on our new phone to complete. I would highly recommend seeing Danny for all your phone needs.

He went above and beyond to help resolve my issue and get a new phone. Did 3 way calls with Apple and Ascurion. Was incredibly complicated...2 apple IDs, inability to turn off find my iPhone. Every way we turned another obstacle. Although the issue is still not resolved and I still don't have a phone, Chris was trying his best to help me. Additionally, because this location is not a "corporate" store, Ascurion would not work with him. He called the corp store on Rt 30 in York, manager Terrell said he has never filed a claim and wouldn't do so now to help me so no need in coming to his store. He called store in Timonium...nada. I'm incredibly frustrated and angry at Verizons policies but I doubt service would be better at ATT, TMobile etc. While I am angry at Verizon, still don't have a phone (my XS 256 gig was only 4 months old) and am seriously considering changing plans, I wanted to give a shout out to Chris who went above and beyond to help, but his hands were tied. Also...he was working in the store BY HIMSELF all day. There were at least 6 other customers in there at the same time and he was trying to multi task everyone. That is unacceptable. Going to Apple store to see if they can help.

We even called AT&T customer service and they said the store should have accommodated us even as an authorized retailer. Tom the sales associate seemed argumentative when we put the AT&T representative on the phone with him. At one point I even said I've never heard that rule before. Anyway, the point is never shop at this store. Point blank the WORST customer service ever!

After close to 45 minutes I finally asked for a new cover. He asked what kind of phone it was and I said I wasn't sure. I then realized he didn't know (or want to know) what kind it was. He was clearly uninterested. I looked all through out the phone and couldn't find it. He returned to helping the other people. Finally he helped find the model and discovered they didn't have a screen cover I needed. He told me to look at another store. He didn't apologize for anything.
