Although the Ebay price said $21+ because it was marked down on sale, I was still charged $25 for it, because that was the printed price on the paper attached to the product. I did ask about the lower price, but was kinda told that it is what it is. I was getting something for a Christmas gift on Christmas Eve, so I just considered the extra $4 my convenience fee so I could feel better about it. It was still a good price, but I was a bit disheartened that the price published on Ebay wasn't honored. I'll probably be back, as I saw other things I may want.
