So I decide to come into All Cellular since my mom had a good experience some years ago. They initially told me $45 for the battery replacement. The guy says "wait 10-15 minutes," I happily say yes. About AN HOUR later the same guy comes out to tell me that he couldn't get the home button on my iPhone to work. That wasn't a problem before. "It'll be $20 because I need to replace the entire screen now" he says. "But that wasn't a problem before coming in here" I responded. Basically, I had to have my screen replaced to have a working phone. He said "I'll pay half". Whatever. Sure. About 30 minutes later it's done. He says they only take cash. Why wasn't this mentioned during the almost hour and a half I was just sitting there? I'm extremely upset at this point and ask where I can find a Chase ATM because I'm not spending more money than needed on this little deal. A girl with really long hair who works there says "go to the Walgreens right there they have a chase atm". So I go. Oh and I had to leave my phone, that's fine no big deal. Turns out that the Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm so I paid $3 more for this whole ordeal. I couldn't map a nearby chase atm because once again, I had to leave my phone at the store. I come back to the store and the guy says it's $65. I'm like what? I only got $60 because $45 + the $10 (remember he had said he'd pay fo half of the 20 for the screen WHICH WAS HIS MISTAKE to begin with FYI). So he says ok, and I thought I would get $5 back....but of course not! And I told the girl "by the way, Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm. I had to pay $3 extra for this" and she unapologetically just says "ok". Horrible horrible and I feel like they find ways to get more money out of you. I wasted my time and my money. If you're looking for cheaper places that actually are honest and do a good job, I recommend a phone repair shop inside the flea market called El Centro on indian School ad 43rd. They've done an awesome job on my phone and don't charge you for their mistakes (which don't happen anyways)

As these business are based of commission I knew she had charged an accessory however this was done for one without my knowledge and two I never took this accessory which at this point is considered stealing from the customer . I did not make a big deal at the store so to the fact that I had my 13 month son with me and I was already annoyed that I had to come back and still get lied to . She gave me the money back and acted like she didn't know what happened with the system . Pulled into this cricket store today to activate my parents phones. They had been without a phone…read morefor about a month in half and we had to go to the store to reactivate them. When we walked into the store one clerk was busy with a family and the other was in the back room flirting with a delivery man. Later the women who had been helping the family ahead of us, motioned for us to come to her and then as we explained the situation the first thing she said was we would have to pay for sims cards and that my parents phones were out of date. My father and mother asked her what the significance of the sims card was and if they actually needed to buy one and she walked into the back room ignoring their questions and then came out and replaced their sims cards with others. When they asked her again she was speaking very soft and my parents being seniors told her they couldn't hear her and she quickly caught an attitude. The woman almost yelled at my parents that sims cards were needed and that it had to be bought also that it did not hold any pictures on it which my parents seemed to think. The lady was very rude and when it got time for me to pay she looked at me and said "I thought they would pay for their own phone" my response was if me paying was some kind of problem and she ignored me and told me not to swipe my card yet. Every single question my parents asked her was ignored she was treating them like idiots and when they asked if they could have a 480 area code number she said the numbers were chosen at random. I have never shopped cricket before but my parents have and they told me they have never anyone treat them like this woman did. Unfortunately I did still purchase the phones for my parents since they needed it for doctors appointments. I will however tell anyone looking to open an account at cricket especially with this store DO NOT! purchase from here they are extremely rude and most are not looking to answer your questions at all.
