Both times…read morethey had the TV for months claiming they had it running yet both times when I brought it home and hooked it back up not 1 minute later it did exactly what I brought it there for. They claimed they could not see the problem yet the whole screen would shut off and come back on with solid giant blue lines throughout the entire screen. These knuckle heads claimed to have opened up and found no issues. Finally I had another service company come to my house and as soon as he saw the issue he knew exactly what it was. He opened up the back took off the lead connecting wire and showed me the burnt pins on one side of the cable. That cable was shorted and burnt out the power supply & motherboard. Not only did he find this in less then 5 min of being in my home he said it is a known problem with that Samsung TV and proceeded to show my link after link online describing the problem and solution. Can't believe a company who's profession is servicing these TVs would be so horribly inept at there job. To make matters worse the old guy has to be one of the rudest people I ever came across in business. Stay away from these clowns if you actually want your stuff repaired.

I looked up some repair places and found these guys on yelp, they had good reviews and were local so I went over. First the place is clean and neat with couches, coffee and even toys for the kids if you want to wait for your phone. The guy who served us was polite and efficient going through a written checklist of functions to make sure it was only a cracked screen. He gave us an estimate on the cost of the repair and said it would take 10-15 minutes if we wanted to wait or we could run some errands and come back. We left and came back later to pick up the phone and were told it was not a cracked touch screen but a protective screen I had put over it when I got the phone (and forgot about). The cost was significantly less than replacing the screen and I would have had not known the difference in the repair! I highly recommend Red Hot Phone Repairs!

When I called Kevin at Red Hot, he wasn't sure if he had a replacement in stock and would call me back. He called me back within 15 minutes and said he has one in stock, but the color was not the same. I really needed my phone, so I didn't care about the color. He also explained that I could not get OEM because my phone is so old. No one else told me that. He told me to come down and within 30 minutes he was done. I was so happy, iI went home and put on a new scree protector. It wasn't until the next day that I noticed that I wasn't able to type "e or 3". I downloaded a screen tester and found a dead spot. I called Kevin immediately and he said he woul order another screen. It came on a week later and he changed it within about 3 hours, he was extremely busy that day. The next day I noticed that ghe volume up button was not working, another defective part. What are the chances? Within minutes he took some part of the defective screen piece and put it on the new one. Now it's working great!

Despite buying over $6,000 worth of appliances, I was dismissed and never received a call back for a warranty issue. When I called the store to seek assistance with the warranty, they informed me that I had to speak to the person who had sold me the fridge. This made no sense to me, as it seemed like a commission-based system. Even when I was their customer, the experience was terrible. To make matters worse, David was on vacation during the time I needed help. Meanwhile, my factory warranty expired, and the window for adding an extended warranty had passed. Additionally, the items they were selling could be as old as 2019, claiming to be new or recent returns. Overall, it was a terrible experience, especially considering the significant amount we spent.
