It was a very smooth process to transfer things over, and also purchase a new screen protector for my phone. I was helped out by Jackie who was great to work with, she explained everything thoroughly. I got a new iPhone 16 pro 256GB with insurance and a brand new cellular iPad on my plan and my bill is $40 less than what I had with AT&T. Highly recommend it. It's been about 3 months since I made the switch and everything has been great. I have better service with Verizon between Arizona and California which is where I travel a lot.

Parking is limited and is shared by numerous popular restaurants and businesses so you may need to park and hike. Service 5/5 Time for a much needed upgrade for my wife's iPhone 10. We signed in waiting for the next available representatives who was Drew. He greeted us and brought us to a workstation. We discussed phone options and found her iPhone 10 qualified for a free upgrade. Awesome Sauce !!! We kept our existing Military discount plan pricing with her shiny new phone. My wife picked her color, case and the data transfer was all handled by Drew. During the hour long process Drew explained the key improvements she gained in this upgrade. He also reviewed some of my phone settings I was having trouble with and resolved those as well. Once the data transfer was complete Drew performed side-by-side reviews to confirm everything made to her new iPhone 16. Drew provided excellent customer service today. He asked great questions to help direct us towards the right replacement and free on top of that! We had to wait about 10 minutes for assistance, but then Summer came over and was quite helpful. She explained AT&T had some kind of update and some of the iPads had lost the proper connection. It took her about 10 minutes to find and download the workaround and now the iPad is working well again. While I was waiting, I couldn't help but notice that almost all five of the staff members working there were friendly, and very patient with mostly the older clientele. This is our "go to" store for assistance.
