I verified with AT&T customer service and made an appt with this location. Cristina was very helpful and professional, but stated she couldn't accept the devices because employees were notified by management recently that if the new devices weren't purchased at this location they couldn't accept them. I requested to speak to the manager, CJ, who took over 20 minutes BEFORE coming over to assist us. He explained that a recent policy change from ATT prevents returns of devices bought online or from authorized retailers, but he could accept my husband's device as his was previously on "ATT next". He claimed he couldn't process mine due to system restrictions. After some back and forth, he eventually accepted both phones. The takeaway: Don't let a manager refuse service based on where you purchased your device. AT&T corporate office states as long as you go to a "corporate store" they will take care of your needs, even if the device is purchased from an authorized dealer. Because of CJ's refusal in the beginning, we wasted just about an hour of our time while other customers were waiting to be helped. **BEWARE OF THE RULES THE MANAGEMENT IS MAKING AT THIS STORE ON THEIR OWN THAT ARE NOT NECESSARILY FROM ATT CORPORATE OFFICE NATIONWIDE**

My grandpa just couldn't learn to use the phone so I went to return the phone 12 days later but they wouldn't give me a refund! First the lady at the desk tells me it's because we changed the number which makes NO sense because we changed the number the same day we got the phone and was told we couldn't return the phone then the lady says it's because the phone isn't active! We had to reactivate my grandpa's old phone in case of an emergency in case he falls or has a medical emergency so because we didn't keep the phone active we don't get the refund so what happens when u return a phone!? It is then deactivated! I'm beyond upset!! Very very poor customer service! Shame on them for taking from the elderly! I could see if we weren't in the 14 day period or if our reasoning wasn't legit but that wasn't the case and we had our receipt! Definitely will NEVER be doing business here again! Also I asked for the corporate number because the lady says she was the manager and she gave me the wrong number! Crooked!? Smh

I went in knowing exactly what I needed and how I planned to pay (using my own credit card, not applying for Best Buy financing). I was approached by an associate in the appliance section, but the interaction felt very transactional from the start. Having worked at Best Buy myself about 6-8 years ago -- in both the computer and gaming departments -- I remember how important it was to greet customers, acknowledge them, and walk them through their purchase. Unfortunately, that level of service was missing here. The associate rang me up, but there was no effort to ask if I had questions, no explanation of warranty options, no product details, and no guidance on protection plans, delivery, or installation. It was simply "ring up the sale" and move on. I didn't even receive a basic "thank you for shopping with us." I had to drive the conversation myself -- asking about delivery timing, installation process, and associated costs. When I got home, I noticed two different numbers on my receipt versus my order confirmation, and it appeared online that installation had been waived, while my paperwork suggested otherwise. Because of the confusion, I had to return to the store to clarify. After speaking with the same associate and another employee, it turned out I was reviewing the wrong document -- installation had in fact been waived. While I'm glad it was resolved, this confusion could have been avoided entirely with clearer communication at checkout. Even when customers come in prepared and ready to buy, customer service still matters. Walking through key details, confirming charges, and showing appreciation for the purchase goes a long way. This experience felt rushed and disengaged, and it honestly came across as the associate not wanting to provide more information than what was printed on the tag. For a major home purchase, I expected a higher level of service.
