I was looking for an iPhone 8 however she explained they didn't have any but that I should consider the iPhone 11 because with my BoostUp upgrade option, I would essentially be paying the same price for the 8 as the 11. When home internet is ordered for I store pickup but it doesn't get marked as picked up, that means the Verizon system doesn't show it as being "active" which in my case was terrible because I found out it was too slow a WiFi for me...soooo thanks to them being on their phones laughing and being lazy and not paying attention, they didn't mark I picked up my WiFi so I have spent 4 hours this week alone with Verizon reps to try and track down this phantom order so I won't be charged!!! They can't cancel the order since they never marked it as completed!!!! Didn't look up from their phones, didn't greet me, didn't do a thing, didn't order my extender which also cost me like 45 minutes on the phone with Verizon. These people are lazy af!!! I want to give a huge thank you to Mikayla, who went above and beyond to help me solve a login issue with my My Verizon account. I had already tried getting help from another different Verizon location over three times I even call directly to verizon, and no one was able to fix the problem. I came into this store ready to cancel all my contracts out of frustration. But Mikayla completely changed my experience. She patiently worked for over an hour, making calls and troubleshooting until the issue was fully resolved (my phone was a very old version). On top of that, she helped me get a great deal on a new phone. Her dedication and professionalism were far beyond my expectations. I also want to thank her coworker, who spoke my language and made the whole experience even more comfortable -- it really meant a lot. These two showed what real teamwork and excellent customer service look like. Verizon, please recognize this team -- they absolutely deserve a raise!

They helped me with getting a free blanket today. It's nice and soft. I love the T-Mobile Tuesdays perks with free items and discounts through the app which is a nice bonus! I stopped by after picking my son up from school. The store was clean and well organized, and the whole process was quick and easy. Highly recommend this location for great service and deals.

Right when I walked in I knew something's was up the vibe was off as I see one of the staff cleaning looked at greet me but had a I didn't want to work today look. I went on to allow her to help me told her I did everything online and what I wanted. The switch came with the promotion by the way with the new phone. She end up doing 2 transactions because she wanted to make sure she got the credit for helping me which I understand that. I continue to ask her it would be in one transaction because if she creates a plan and the phone isn't with the the transaction then I won't be able to get the switch promotion and the new phone promotion. She continue to say yes I should get the promotion and everything should be fine, so we continued. Later when she try to order my phone on a separate transaction I saw the phone amount and I ask her why isn't it showing the promotion she said of the plan I chose doesn't come with the promotion and if I want I can upgrade. I told her that I plan I chose did come with it as it was advertised on the website. I wax getting frustrated because I told her before she began that I had only 15 mins to finish everything and she said she was fast and will get everything done at the timeframe. It became 1.5 hr and she didn't do anything that i brought up and after I told her to just cancel everything and will call TMobile to get this figured out. She goes on and say " you think I am lying to you". I told her to please cancel my account. And I will transfer my number back to my original carrier. Went to my carrier to get my number ported back they said the girl cancel my number so we had to call TMobile customer line to activate my number again. Today I went to a different TMobile to ask about my order since they said my order might take longer so I decided to port my number in the first. The guy told me if I portal my number in with my old phone the promotion won't apply when I get the new phone. So the girl from the other day ported my phone without asking me if I wanted to port it and like I said didn't know what she was doing. Mind you, I did call TMobile customer service and they were able to put me in the plan I wanted and was able to add the promotion that was included that the girl said it wasn't included on the plan I picked. SMH. ‍ This is why I do not like going to the front store because these worker isn't trained properly.

July 1, 2026 with an employee named Amir . A couple days later my grandma started getting a ton of notifications on her phone, mostly from an app called "All File Viewer". I always help her when she wants to download a new app and we definitely didn't download this one and it sure wasn't on her old phone. There were a couple of other apps that were sketchy that I took screenshots of. These were not apps that usually come on Anroids like YouTube or Google apps. Her phone was already very glitchy and losing battery very fast. These were not apps that usually come with Android phones like YouTube or Google apps. So we made a trip to the store on July 9th hoping for some answers and to possibly return it. It was just Amir there, my grandma said it was the same guy who sold here the phone. When we asked him about the apps, he grabs the phone and goes "Yeah." As we continue to explain and he goes through the phone, he goes "Yeah, yeah, it happens all the time." And insists that she must have downloaded the apps. We also asked him why he put a $50 screen cover on her phone without asking her or telling her the price. He said she wanted it and that he actually gave her a discount, and said it was $430 retail. I asked how when the price for the phone is $229.99 full price in-store and online. Then he said its $430 out the door and said he can charge whatever he wants. So at that point we just wanted to return the phone but couldn't because it had an "updgrade". The upgrade? Putting her phone number on the phone. When I looked it up this is an actual policy of MetroPCS, keeping your same number on the phone is considered an upgrade and makes it final sale. So now she's stuck with a phone that even with a factory reset, may still have malware on it. We asked when the manager was going to be there. He said he was the manager and owner of that location. He said that the store on Franklin was corporate and some guy there was the district manager. I already checked before we went and there are no more corporate locations and he just kept saying that that one was. So the same things are probably going on there. So we were kinda done and just said we'd just report it. That's when he grabbed the phone again and started deleting the apps. My mom took the phone back and we left. Also, when she went on the 1st, she forgot her pin. He was able to circumvent it and gave her new security questions so that she could change it when she got home. When she tried to input the answers, it didn't work. She just ended up calling MetroPCS support. There was another woman customer there when she got her phone and he was going back and forth between their phones setting them up. The whole thing was very shady and left me with an awful feeling.
