I get waiting your turn but again 1 sec passing me a screen would be great if they could adopt that. They're probably making it a huge hassle to screen replace cause it will cost them more bottom line. Time is money making this program not worth it. The screen is also overpriced. This most recent…read morevisit today was for me to turn in my old iPhone 16 Pro Max since I upgraded to the 17 Pro Max. I will say the process has been an interesting one not by any fault of anyone at Verizon wireless. It's just the whole system upgrade process. However, today, I have to say that the same Verizon rep who helped me when I came in about over a week or so Ago was there today to help me and literally went above and beyond. Janet is the true MVP because I have three devices two of which are active and I was turning in the one iPhone today. What should have been a simple process turned a little extended really to no one's fault but for whatever reason initially I forgot my password to my iCloud access so that we could proceed with erasing the phone I was turning in. So I had to give it the security grace period, and come back so I could finish the process. No problem I came back, and Janet was there to assist me again! I have to note that she was super friendly and kept her level of professionalism extremely high during this long process. So once we had the password issue corrected, the process to erase the phone from my account took a bad turn when the wrong phone got erased but no worries. The phones were backed up. We were able to fix it, but it still was an issue erasing the iPhone 16 Pro Max for whatever reason. Janet suspected it has something to do with the Wi-Fi not being so strong, which turned out to be really the reason because we had everything ready to go at this point. Her coworker I can't remember his name, assisted us and literally he touched the phone and tapped it and then boom five minutes later the phone was successfully erased. Janet even assisted having me contact customer service on the phone because I needed to remove a device and line that don't get used at all that was done successfully. The overall theme of this experience, even though I was at Verizon probably longer than I wanted it to be was the fact of how I was treated and I've been coming to that location for years I can't recall ever having a bad experience. If I could give Janet 10 stars alone based upon her customer service I would.

My dad needed a new phone (beyond understatement) and needed my help coming from the Bay to visit for a couple days. So I took him here and service was very helpful but with a strong upselling for products and service (I know they need to for more $- but they don't get me) lol! My dad got an Iphone 6+ for $149.99 as a current customer price. $49.99 for a new customer. He bought a case for $20 and my mom got a screen protector for $20. Haha. Upsold! They asked if I wanted to go 5 lines for $125 unlimited data but 5 GB data a month per line for $100 was perfect for each of us. I recommend this location for good and helpful service.
