    I am giving Miranda at this location 5 Stars. She was awesome and now I am a TMobile customer after 30+ with Lilly.

    This complaint is directed to CCI's customer service. Apparently they have outsourced customer…read moreservice to the Philippines. My ear has a hard time adjusting to the cadence and accent of the very pleasant folks who answer. My conversation is constantly saying "I'm sorry. Will you repeat that?" This morning I was on the phone for 55 minutes. 30 minutes of that time was for holding for someone to answer. The next 25 minutes were spent trying to help Midge understand my issue. I received an email yesterday stating that my payment had failed. Midge advised that I call my bank to ask why the payment was "sealed". The bank person checked my account and stated that they hadn't received a request for payment from CCI and she didn't understand the "sealed" request. The CCI rep asked me to get a confirmation # and call back and give it to them. Since there was no transaction with the bank; just a conversation, the bank rep couldn't give me a conf #. I plan to call again tomorrow and ask for a supervisor. Perhaps that will get me to someone whose first language is English. I understand there is no longer a brick & mortar that I go to for help. I'm at a loss as to how to deal with this!
