So I did all that and they said you can pick it up at this location and leave my phone to be returned for credit! After it was all done over the phone she said I can pick up my new phone here! I quickly left and when to this location to find out that this store has not received confirmation of my order so we waited and waited and waited then I call Verizon and they went to work to get my order to them asap which they did! So happy the make clerk handed me my phone.... With a confused look I said aren't you going to transfer my old phone to the new one? His response said yes for a fee! if you purchased it on line we just give you your phone and with instructions in the box you can do it yourself and you have to send back your old phone to Verizon at your expense! I told him it was a phone call not on line but still no! So I left! Let me preface this with THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE FOR WHILE.... With that said as a valued customer for almost 28 years and the two employees were not doing anything at all while I sat there, he could have been a better customer service agent for representing VERIZON BY ASSISTING ME! But. I guess good customer service wasn't here! I quickly called VERIZON AND WAS MORTIFIED at home and so they will send me a box and label to return my phone and said if I have an issue to get on the new phone they were available to assist! Now my question is if there were no customers in the store and they were chatting about overtime and incidentals and nothing about the store itself, it would have been great customer service to say I can help you with that while no one was there! I liked this store before but I guess employee turnover is fast and furious! Once there was a real true employee who gave us all great service and his name was ZEEK! Oh well tomorrow I will try to connect my new phone and thank the person I called again if possible! They kept it for week and after all that time, they didn't fix anything. Every time I called to ask about my iPad I kept getting different stories. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made disrespectful comments about my appearance, told me nobody would believe me and said my iPad was worth nothing. I have never experienced this level of disrespect from someone who is supposed to be managing a business. I never paid them because they didn't fix anything but I wasted weeks trusting them with my iPad. No customer deserves to be treated this way, especially by a manager. . We came in at 6:15PM just to inquire about pricing and their hours - thinking they wouldn't be able to do a same day repair given they close at 7PM. However, they squeezed us in as soon as we came through the doors and by 6:45PM my mom had a brand new phone screen!
