It was another AMAZING day at Verizon all because of Nathan!! I was beyond psyched when I walked through the door and saw Nathan, and that he was free! He assisted me above and beyond today!! The icing on the cake was he also helped me lower my monthly bill by over $30 !! He was absolutely fantastic!! Great customer service is key and so very hard to find these days! Nathan proved to me again that it does exist!! Thank you so very much Nathan. read more

I'm Alittle disappointed, let me rephrase it.... I'm VERY disappointed in this location! I was on the phone with Verizon at my home discussing my account when I was offered a new IPhone 17 at no cost to me and they offered to pay the remaining of my phone and give me a new contract! So I did all that and they said you can pick it up at this location and leave my phone to be returned for credit! After it was all done over the phone she said I can pick up my new phone here! I quickly left and when to this location to find out that this store has not received confirmation of my order so we waited and waited and waited then I call Verizon and they went to work to get my order to them asap which they did! So happy the make clerk handed me my phone.... With a confused look I said aren't you going to transfer my old phone to the new one? His response said yes for a fee! if you purchased it on line we just give you your phone and with instructions in the box you can do it yourself and you have to send back your old phone to Verizon at your expense! I told him it was a phone call not on line but still no! So I left! Let me preface this with THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE FOR WHILE.... With that said as a valued customer for almost 28 years and the two employees were not doing anything at all while I sat there, he could have been a better customer service agent for representing VERIZON BY ASSISTING ME! But. I guess good customer service wasn't here! I quickly called VERIZON AND WAS MORTIFIED at home and so they will send me a box and label to return my phone and said if I have an issue to get on the new phone they were available to assist! Now my question is if there were no customers in the store and they were chatting about overtime and incidentals and nothing about the store itself, it would have been great customer service to say I can help you with that while no one was there! I liked this store before but I guess employee turnover is fast and furious! Once there was a real true employee who gave us all great service and his name was ZEEK! Oh well tomorrow I will try to connect my new phone and thank the person I called again if possible! Then I will wait for my box from VERIZON TO RETURN MY PHONE FOR CREDIT VERIZON SHOULD CONSIDER A TRAINING SESSION ON NEW HIRES IN GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS! Funny they were talking about a couple of Verizon stores closing! Who knows this store might be NEXT!!!! Sorry for this unfavorable review! But it was warranted!!!! read more

The customer service sucks. I been with them for 11 years as soon as I purchase headphones online from them, they mark my account as fraud and kept hanging up on me even after they ask me up upload my drivers incense and had me take pic of myself when I did the hung up on me I went to the store and store agent called them to say I was standing right there and I am the right person who owns the account. Guess what they hung up on him too and he was the manager after 45 minutes he finally got another manager on the phone who cleared my account not only did I purchase the headphone for my granddaughter in the store but the sent another one to my house now I have to go back to the store or spend money to mail the extra one back. Theirs no way I would call them again and I am looking into other plans with other services. I would say if you are thinking about Verizons swipe left and keep looking. The rudeness is not worth it. There are plenty other services that will treat you right. read more

the pictures for this place are crap. the real picture would show that it is next door to Jimmie johns or jersery mikes. ok, the second one, mike, not jimmie. surprisingly, every guy in there (all guys), are great. have gone back several times. Hope you don't have to, but, when you do, they scratch the itch to the point of needing staples. (don't get me started on the other staples that should sell staples but doesn't). sadly, when you call for help, unless they can pick up, you get routed to main verizon help. which is and has been deeply misleading. Not intentionally, just callously. so, minus 2 stars for them not noting that they were not local, and giving misleading information. This site is stuck with Verizon as back up. it has to be frustrating to be far more competent than the organisation you are part of. and then I rudely point that out and they have to dissemble. read more

Matt helped me sort out my account. He was so knowledgeable and kind. The most pleasant experience at a Verizon store I've ever had. He deserves a raise! read more

The wait here is always awful. Be prepared for at LEAST an hour, even if you are literally the only customer in there. The person who helped me (Zeke) was manically enthusiastic, but had a lot of difficulty understanding the very simple request I made to switch phone numbers on my phone. Every time I explained what I wanted him to do, he proposed eight different additional things that I did not want done. When he was finally able to grasp the simplicity of what I was asking for him to do, he spent about an hour on his little iPad, asked me to do a bunch of things on my phone, and then sent me home, telling me everything was OK and good to go. When I arrived home, the number switch hadn't happened at all. Frustrating, but I figured it might be a Verizon system issue, so I called back and politely asked for them to fix it. They asked for some time because they were busy at the moment. I said sure that is fine and waited 2 hours for a callback and heard nothing. When I called them back, I got another employee, who also was unable to grasp the simple issue. He kept insisting that if I just check different things on the phone, I'd see that it was operating as promised. Except, as I repeatedly attempted to tell him, while he again and again interrupted me midsentence, I had already fully checked the phone and was certain the old number was the only one operable. He kept asking me to check things we had already check and covered, and when I tried repeating myself to him once more in the hopes that he would finally understand it, he said I was yelling at him. I was not, I was simply speaking clearly and directly the fourth time around so I would not be interrupted by him again. There may have been a bit of annoyance in my voice, yes, but can you blame me at that point? He hung up on me, flippantly telling me to call Verizon customer service for help before he clapped down the receiver. I am now waiting on the phone with 611 to do what I spent all that time at the store hoping they would do. If you are buying something there, it will probably only take them about 45 minutes to ring you up, anything else I would bring provisions (sleeping bag, food, Russian novel) and hunker down and hope you leave there with your issue fixed. Also be prepared for lots of unnecessary questions about your personal life while you try to sit there and silently pray that this hell will soon be over. read more

Unprofessional manager wouldn't talked to me after lying about the amount of money i was to get for a trade in, leaving me to pay full price for a device after promising $1000 trade in for my iPhone 12 Pro read more

Matt the Manager was amazing to my parents and myself. We went in and had the place to ourselves - he was so personable/knowledgeable and caring that we left there feeling extremely lucky we came to this store instead of another location in Weymouth!!! I would highly recommend this new store and Matt read more

Had an excellent experience Saturday Sept. 14 with Tyler getting my 88 year old husband a new flip phone. He went above and beyond in the patience department with 2 aging customers and never once was anything other than reassuring and polite. I had dreaded going due to a less than stellar experience at the South Shore Plaza Verizon. Not to worry. This recently opened store was a most pleasant surprise. Just another reason to be a lifelong happy Verizon customer. read more
