I have experienced it all with T-Mobile and I am glad I chose to come here. The first time Lupe helped me upgrade and open a new line. She went above and beyond and also was pretty fast and this is how u know that they know what they are doing. The second visit I was assisted by another young lady which I can't remember her name but she also helped with activating my new phone that came in the mail and also helped me with iCloud. Overall, I am happy with their customer service and I will definately keep coming here. Keep up the good work!!

After speaking with customer care I was advised due to a mistake made when closing my account, that I would have to go show my ID to an authorized dealer so they could call and verify it was me making the updates. When I went back in and asked that they make the call to customer service a Latin man with dark rimmed glasses and tattoos on his right arm told me "I don't work for you" at which point he asked me to leave the store because he felt I was being rude when I again asked him to make the call to customer service. It seemed like maybe they have something illegal going on and didn't want anyone contacting AT&T to verify anything. I should have read the reviews I will next time. I thought this was just a bad experience but it seems they have had quite a few customer service issues lately. Buyer beware if they are running some kind of scam it's probably at the customers expense. This man is aggressive and rude and had no desire to help an actual customer on not one but 2 occasions. The man wound me up by saying he wouldn't help me and didn't have to assist me if he didn't want to and then told me I was disrespectful for getting upset. I am Reporting this location. Other folks who have left reviews should too the 800 number for t mobile is a good place to start and let them know who you spoke with. Photo below for reference. This location doesn't even show up on the t mobile internal search and has no phone number on file with them for contact. I have been advised by the federal trade commission to let anyone else impacted by this location know they are looking forward to your report. FTC.org will take you to their site. Let's make sure they know the community won't put up with fraudulent aggressive business tactics.
