She went above and beyond and also was pretty fast and this is how u know that they know what they are doing. The second visit I was assisted by another young lady which I can't remember her name but she also helped with activating my new phone that came in the mail and also helped me with iCloud. Mentioned the store would call when received (normally takes 24hrs) 3 days go bye and not a call, we called and it gets redirected to a not working number. Called T-Mobile back and they said the phone arrived 3 days prior and said we can show up to the store. We went, workers questioned why we waited so long to show up... because you didn't let us know it arrived!!! Then proceeded to say they don't do warranty exchange as the last hour business. Cool... we show up the next morning, they can't help. Apparently they're saying it hasn't arrived. We called TMobile on the spot and they confirmed it did, they spoke to the store rep on speaker , Antonio, and he was just as rude to the customer service rep as he was to us. Pretty much said, "you say it's here, we don't see it, nothing I can do." Apparently, they never have a manager on site, so we have to return three hours later to hopefully speak to one. T-Mobile phone re requested to be on a call with us on our arrival. We showed up 1 hour after expected manager arrival time... NO MANAGER (Mario) Waiting 1 hour in the car... still NO MANAGER!! Phone rep canceled the order and reshipped to another store. Will no longer be dealing with 3rd party stores, ArchTelecom or anything related. Save your time and energy. All staff at this store is not helpful. 5 employees and not one was able to help or find a solution or get ahold of said manager. Instead of finding solutions, they're playing "air ball"

We ended up asking him if the Samsung watch can qualify under the BOGO since I thought maybe my little sister can use one and be a bummer to waste a promo. Also, we didn't know if they allow a mix & match on the promo. Thankfully it worked out because he told us the Samsung Galaxy watch would be free and just need to pay for the cellular services of $7.50 (half off) since my mom line is already would be $15 for the Rose Gold Apple Watch 10 46mm. Chris helped my sister get her Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 set up with her cellphone. He was extremely professional and made sure we were taken good care of.
