We came in to get a new phone and transfer date on the spouse's phone. For starters, Josiah went to work (for nearly a half hour) searching all kinds of sales and special deals to benefit us. He located one we all agreed was pretty good, and from then it was a matter of making digital transfers and keeping us apprised of what was happening. Which Josiah did. He was sharp, knew his stuff, couldn't have been more friendly and engaging. He is a great advertisement for Verizon and this store. We'll come back for some additional matters shortly, but we think others ought to know of what we found. Yes, we had a little wait to get started, but that happens. One note: remember this is an affiliate store and not a Verizon corporate store (as in Avon and Waterbury), so they may have a few limits on what they can do. But we were very happy with our experience.

He took the time to present many options for us to consider and prepared a cost estimate for each option. Carter took care setting up our new phones, and porting the data from our old phones which was great and saved us much time and perhaps frustration. We left the store happy with our two new phones and the service plans. We compliment Carter on his assistance and recommend the Marlborough store.

He was professional and so helpful helping us upgrade our phones and get a better deal on our family plan. I cannot say enough about him. He was so great to work with. Joe P was the other sales person in the store. During the time we were there, we saw several people come in, wanting to discuss issues with their bills and other questions and they were both so helpful and patient with everyone in the store. 11.6.25 I am now a true believer of two things. Phone repair…read moreplaces in the mall and the cloud backing up your information. My phone inadvertently got wiped clean back to reset mode. I lost thousands of previous photos, info and dozens of contacts. Supposedly no way to get this stuff back. My screen stopped working. Couldn't do anything on my phone. Couldn't look at anything on my phone nor make calls. I was dead in the water for a couple of days. I went to a verizon store and they were the ones who reset my phone by mistake. Yeah that's a hard one to swallow for me. I'll be remembering that one for quite some time. I digress, so later this same rainy day last week on the day of Halloween I went to this store for help. I am still amazed at what they did. First of all, I didn't get anything back on my phone but I've been able to access it and use it once again. Secondly these guys are done serious techno wizards. They just happen to have a samsung galaxy S9 that has a minor screen issue that they wound be able to install and get me going for least amount of money out of pocket. Or they could order a brand new one and have it the following day. Well, as many of us know it's difficult to do things without our phones these days. And how quickly i found out for the first time in my life. I've never experienced anything like this. I hadn't realized how much easier they make things for us. For even the simplest thing of using an app on your phone to do your banking vs. going in through the website. I opted for them to switch that S9 slightly blemished screen onto mine. Yeah, you can stop laughing now. No, seriously, stop laughing. Ahaha, it's OK, I'm also laughing at how old my phone is. 7 years I've had this baby. I'll be changing to a brand new one this week. So then you can stop laughing. The store is an average small store like in most malls. Easy in and out by the I Hop entrance and then right next to T Mobile. They had me in and out with a screen in under a half hour. Wam, bang boom. These guys really are an amazing bunch of people. I asked the main guy I dealt with because I wanted to give him a shout out but he declined me using his name. I of course respected his privacy and am leaving it out. But this store deserves your business and respect. They do a fantastic job. They know what they're doing and they're not blowing smoke up your hind quarter saying this and that. They tell you what they can do for you or can't with a possible other option. They give your the price and let you decide. No high pressure tactics or anything like that. Their prices are reasonable too. Just as important as their work. Like I said, I'm a true believer in these places now when I used to think they were hacks. Not by a long shot. They're respectable people working hard to gain your trust and your business and the do it with humility. Absolutely amazing quality work from you guys. Thank you for getting me back up and running.
