I wanted to buy a set of 4 replacement cartridges for my HP laser printer. I was shocked at the quoted price of $360, or $80 for a single black replacement cartridge. Yes, a single cartridge was $80. Yikes. I was able to find a complete set online for $60, which was delivered to my home one day after I placed the order, and the cartridges work perfectly in my printer. I really wanted to support a local business, but I gulped at their pricing. This may be a great place to mail packages and buy stamps, but if you are looking for printer cartridges, you may want to shop around unless you can afford to pay $$$. Very overpriced for their brand of cartridges, which is just a bit lower than the HP name brand, in my example. read more

My favorite place to go for Postal Service. no line and friendly staff; however for the other services they have such as copying and ink cartridge refills I am quite disappointed. I went to have a copy made and the female staff said she did not know how to do it! A few weeks before, the younger male staffer had me use their one laptop to pull up Doc file and print. I tried to explain that to her but she didn't understand and is a regular staffer. (I'm a repeat customer for the Postal Service) They should not advertise services if they cannot perform them. The time I had my Brother Ink cartridge refilled there was not worth it either. I literally got about 10 pages of normal print from the one cartridge before ran empty. However, that was many moons ago and I hear that was under the old management. All in all, I'm a repeat customer for their Postal Service. Great price and they work fine. To bad there is no inventory and after 3 times trying to buy them and being out of stock, it's time for me to call it quits and refilled my own. Round trip to the store is 12 miles. Hmmmmm am I saving any money. read more

Had brought in some toner cartridges (Brother TN-210). That model wasn't on their list at the time, but they said they could do it. When I got them home and installed them, both colors left blotches on the pages. I changed the cartridges into different print heads, but the same thing happened. I called the store and was told it was "probably not the exact" toner for that model, but I was welcome to drive the 18 miles for them to try again. Later that month, I brought a black cartridge in.... big mistake. It also did the same thing. While I was there I picked up refilled inkjet cartridges for my daughter's school printer. I mailed them to her, and when she installed them, they didn't work no matter HOW many times she blotted the catridges or ran the routine to clear the ink source. If your cartridge isn't on their list, don't bother bringing them in for refills. And if you get a defective product, make sure you live close enough to get a refund read more
