I asked them to design the writing based on my inputs and their designer knocked it out of the park! When my team saw them they said they were really cool, high praise from teenagers. Fair pricing and great customer service, I'll definitely be using them again! Update- used them again this year and still a 5 star business! Quick turn around, great communication. I'll see you next season!

Brace yourself: wedding reviews of coming…read more For the skimmers: Pros 1. Prices extremely reasonable 2. Advice is sound; you can trust their judgment 3. Product and commitment to a solid product is top shelf. 4. tons of stock examples for people to peruse; good if you want to choose from standard invites Con 1. Not ideal for "tactile" shoppers who have their own vision of what they want. They rely a lot on books of "examples" for customers to make selections; it's great for people who are ok with standard invites. I came in with a proof from a designer and wanted to select stationary. All the stock is kept in the back. This con is only a slight issue for my specific situation and luckily, the staff made really good suggestions and brought out a stationary I liked. I am a very tactile shopper, I like to touch and hold up colors next to each other. Budget Printers handled the printing of nearly all of my wedding stationary. They began with turning a digital proof from a local artist into my lovely invitations and RSVP cards. They came out AMAZING. I delegated my Wedding Advice Mad Lib card to them, they checked the internet and found all the specs to finish the job. They came out great. They altered a free "guest book" with digital imaging. I found a great option for a "coloring book" style guestbook. Guests color themselves in and sign. The image was free and only had 100 tiny people to color in. I had 115 guests coming, Budget seamlessly altered the image to add more people. Overall, I could not have asked for more.

Our semester long project was designing t-shirts and selling them, we also decided to make hats. After doing some research my team and I decided on emulsion and we were blown out of the park with the job they did! Dave was so helpful and responsive. he made sure to work with me on getting the design just right and out to me in a timely manner. He was always listening to my suggestions helped me make sure the design looked perfect. After receiving my shirts the quality and design looked better than I thought. When my team decided to add another product (hats with our logo embroidered) I sent an email to Dave and we had a proof within the day and they were ordered in the next few. Despite recent delays they arrived quickly and we were ready to sell. I am so happy with the experience with Emulsion and if you ever have an opportunity where you need to screen print you should choose them. They are super helpful, caring, and nice and put just as much hard work and effort into the product as you do. Thank you so much to Emulsion and especially Dave! You were so caring and helpful that I told my professor he should suggest you to everyone who has to take the course. If I ever need anything in the future I know who I am gonna use!

This place was nice! We went for a group outing of seven people. When I called earlier in the week,…read morethe guy said we didn't need a reservation and could just walk in for Saturday. We all planned to meet there at 5 PM, but when we arrived, they told us we actually needed a reservation and had to come back at 6:45. Thankfully, West Hartford has plenty to do, so we walked around, grabbed some food, and returned for our reservation. One thing to know is that you pick the pottery you want to paint it's not a place where you make the pottery yourself. That has pros and cons, depending on your preferences. I'm honestly not that artistic when it comes to freehand painting, so I picked a simple snowflake design (probably the cheapest option at around $14). My friends picked reindeer, cookie trays, and other fun items. Painting was fun, but you have to leave your piece for 2-3 weeks to be glazed, so don't expect to take it home the same day. The space is small, but I liked the intimate setting. The staff was also very nice, and overall, I had a good experience. I would definitely go back.

Claypen is located on Farmington Avenue in West Hartford Center between Walden and Dale streets. Lookout for the sessions posted outside if looking for something specific. I was attracted to the Studio Ghibli theme they were having and immediately made a reservation. I honestly didn't know what to expect until I arrived there. Upon check in, we were shown where we'd be seated and were told that we select any ceramic on the shelf and will be provided the paints and can even replenish it ourselves from the shelf. As well as take as much time as we needed to complete our design. My daughter did her own thing and drew Sanrio on different sides while I wanted to paint Haku and my friend, Totoro. I think it all came out really well!! I looked up an image tried to copy it onto the jar. Originally using a pencil and lightly tracing it onto the surface to not affect the image, although I was told that the pencil burns off during the baking process. We were also instructed to paint more than 1 coat so that the paint will show. The whole process was easy enough. When finished, everything can be brought to the counter for payment. Essentially the painting is free, it's the ceramic that needs to be paid for. I would think that the piece is averagely priced. If wanting to be sure, definitely ask before picking a piece. I'd certainly do this again.
