There is no question they have all the products and services in a store nicely laid out and clean. But, looking for a specific product can be daunting so I approached a group of 3 blue shirts casually standing around and chatting. I asked where a certain thing was and all three lifted their arms to point, very confusing. Only one associate said he would take me over there but instead of staying with me and insuring I knew I had the right thing, he just walked away. This is the reason why people order from Amazon and eBay and while this is a well stocked store, it is not customer centric, at least not for me.

I got caught with a computer which I tried to return 10 days from the purchase date, when my daughter went to return it she was told you must have the card that it was paid for with, I go back on day 15 with the item and the card, now they say we have nothing to do with it you must reach out to the 3rd party even though they are the ones that sold it.

Zagg has been great at protecting my devices as well as honoring their warranty. Today, after Apple refused to replace the cracked screen on my 10 y/o's iPhone 6+, I stopped by the Zagg kiosk to have the cracked glass shields on my 11 y/o's iPhone 6s+ and my 7+ replaced. I noticed a sign that said they also replaced cracked screens so I asked about the service. The technician explained that if he replaced the screen Apple would not look at the phone. I indicated that was fine since they refused to replace the screen anyways. He said it would take about 20 minutes. We returned after 30 minutes to a fixed screen and a very excited and happy 10 y/o.

Or so I thought. I found the same TV for $100 less at star-visions.com and they offer the same royal treatment option. The Price Protection says (directly copied from their form) - Price Protection - Paul's TV will match any verifiable price up to 30 days of receipt. Items must be the exact model number, factory sealed, from an authorized retailer offering the same Royal Treatment (Free Delivery, Set Up and removal of old TV) and similar payment/financing terms. Check and check. Star Visions matches all that. I called to see how it works and they told me no, they don't honor online prices, only local store prices. The store has to be within 50 miles of a Paul's TV, and has to be a physical store. Should I find that, I'm sure they'd then add their "Royal Treatment is Different" or "their payment/financing terms are different." While overall I do believe Paul's TV is good overall and their sales staff are knowledgeable, Buyer Beware, their price protection guarantee is a sham. Next time, I'd buy my TV from Star Visions...

The Target in Framingham off Route 30 behind Shopper's World is a large format store with a…read moreconvenient location that makes it an easy stop whether we are coming from the highway or already in the area for other errands. We walked into a store that covers the full Target range including clothing, groceries, electronics, household goods, school supplies, and pharmacy, and the breadth of what is available under one roof is the primary reason we make it a regular stop. The store is generally well stocked and the online order pickup and return process works smoothly, which is one of the more reliable features of this location for anyone who shops Target both in person and through the app. The grocery and food section covers enough ground for supplemental shopping even if it is not a full supermarket replacement. Self-checkout availability fluctuates and on busier evenings the only open lanes have sometimes been limited to ten items or fewer with no full service registers staffed, which creates real friction for anyone doing a substantial shop. For a quick trip or an online pickup, it works well. For a full cart of groceries or household restocking, we plan around the checkout limitations or come during off peak hours.
