Today, after Apple refused to replace the cracked screen on my 10 y/o's iPhone 6+, I stopped by the Zagg kiosk to have the cracked glass shields on my 11 y/o's iPhone 6s+ and my 7+ replaced. I noticed a sign that said they also replaced cracked screens so I asked about the service. The technician explained that if he replaced the screen Apple would not look at the phone. I indicated that was fine since they refused to replace the screen anyways. He said it would take about 20 minutes. We returned after 30 minutes to a fixed screen and a very excited and happy 10 y/o.

Items must be the exact model number, factory sealed, from an authorized retailer offering the same Royal Treatment (Free Delivery, Set Up and removal of old TV) and similar payment/financing terms. Check and check. Star Visions matches all that. I called to see how it works and they told me no, they don't honor online prices, only local store prices. The store has to be within 50 miles of a Paul's TV, and has to be a physical store. Should I find that, I'm sure they'd then add their "Royal Treatment is Different" or "their payment/financing terms are different." While overall I do believe Paul's TV is good overall and their sales staff are knowledgeable, Buyer Beware, their price protection guarantee is a sham. Next time, I'd buy my TV from Star Visions...

When you arrive at 30 Main you think "hole in the wall" but inside is magic! Brendan and his staff are so welcoming that you immediately feel at home. He took a quick look inside the CPU and then most apologetically asked if I could leave it with him. He promised to call me at 5 pm with a verdict. The call came at 4:30. Would I like to have my hard drive moved into another CPU? That way, I wouldn't lose any of my documents or programs. So I said sure. Next morning, I get a text saying the cpu was ready. Turns out that the diagnostic test was faulty, and it was an easy repair. So I received my original CPU back, and I bought a used monitor to go with it. I was expecting a humongous bill, but the price for the repair and the monitor was so reasonable, I felt that I had been given a gift. I highly recommend you check with Brendan Cheever before giving up on your technology. He's an honest man, and if he can't fix it, he'll tell you. I will make him my first stop in anything computerish from now on. He is a miracle worker.
