Three weeks and still no satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend T-Mobile at all. Customer service and support is a big fat zero. I have used Apple phones over 20 years and this is the first time they have totally disappointed in service and support. That are losing a formally loyal customer. I intend to rid myself of anything Apple. My laptop, two iMacs, iPad, iPods. And already got rid of my stock. I will go back to Cricket, where service was decent and a lot cheaper.

I surrendered my phone for the brand new one and was never given a receipt. When I saw on my bill that the trade-in was not credited I went back to the store several times, and was told not to worry it would eventually be credited. Three months later, I learn they don't know where my phone is, and it's was activated with a new email weeks after I gave it to them. When I reported this to customer service they told me they had "no evidence" that I ever gave them my phone. Conveniently they only retain security footage for 60 days. I was jerked around from beginning to end and treated like liar. Don't be fooled by the response below, they are DEEPLY unprofessional, and not to be trusted. DO NOT GO HERE.

We just bought new phones from this location. My husbands screen protector "that we paid money for"…read morewas put on by the store manager and it had so many bubbles underneath. They told us that it normally works itself out. Well we decided to take it back a few days later because it had in fact not worked itself out and was just getting worse. They took it off and put a new one on. This time it is completely crooked and still has bubbles all the way around it! WE PAID FOR THIS SCREEN PROTECTOR! They refuse to do it correctly. It is their Job to do this type of stuff and obviously they don't know how! They want us to Pay more money to get another Screen protector even though THEY have failed twice to put it on correctly. Worst customer service ever and money waisted!

Overpromise, underdeliver…read more I scheduled an appointment to have the screen repaired on my Fold 7. They called beforehand and told me they needed to order the part. Completely understandable. Tuesday, I got a call saying the part should arrive Wednesday. Cool. Thursday, they called and confirmed the part was in. Great. I scheduled the repair for Saturday. I showed up Saturday for my scheduled appointment, only to be told, "We sold the part to another customer. We'll need to order another one." Nope. Why schedule my repair and confirm the part is in if you're going to sell that same part to someone else before my appointment? I was patient while the part was ordered and waited several days for my scheduled repair. Selling the part that was supposed to be used for my appointment is just poor service and poor inventory management. Definitely an overpromise, underdeliver experience.
