Update: The assistant manager, Vance, reached out to me and asked what happened with my experience…read moreand if I would come in to give him a chance to assist. He was extremely helpful and we ended up purchasing a back door from him. Vance also took the time to discuss the process Tri-Supply uses to produce/order doors. Because they do construction in-house, it makes getting your a door a month shorter than if you purchase through Lowe's. We do plan to use Tri-Supply if we purchase a front door as well.

I cannot in good conscience recommend Tri Supply to anyone for any reason. Our experience with them…read morewas an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and it's astounding to me that a company can function with this level of incompetence and carelessness. We purchased a $1,300 custom back door from Tri Supply because our home was brand new, and the builder had already used Tri Supply for the existing doors. They had all the specifications and exact measurements, so this should have been a simple transaction. We met with Catherine, who placed the order for us since we wanted to replace our full-length glass back door with one that could accommodate a dog door. The first door arrived a few weeks later. After taking apart our original door, removing all the hardware, and preparing to install the new one, we discovered it was a foot too short. A glaring but forgivable mistake. Catherine apologized, admitted the error, and assured us she would fix it. The incorrect door was picked up the next day, and we waited another week and a half for the replacement. When it arrived, it looked correct, so we once again went through the painstaking process of removing and reinstalling hardware on a nine-foot solid door--only to discover that this one was 3/16 of an inch too wide, making it impossible to fit. Handling and rehanging a massive, heavy door like that is no small task, and the level of frustration we felt cannot be overstated. I am a disabled veteran with back issues so this was a tall order, quite literally. We reached out to Catherine again, stayed polite and patient, and asked for someone to come measure the door properly. Instead, we were told to measure it ourselves, which we reluctantly did. Tri Supply then instructed us to leave the door on our front porch for pickup. It sat there for five days before they finally retrieved it, despite multiple calls from us. Another week and a half passed before the next door arrived. By this point, we were beyond exhausted with the ordeal. This door finally seemed to fit--but it was damaged. It had scratches, scrapes, scuffs, and even footprints on it, as if it had been dragged across concrete and treated with complete disregard. This was the final insult in a process defined by delays, negligence, and incompetence. While the door eventually fit, the entire experience was an infuriating lesson in how a company can fail its customers at every step. Tri Supply demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, accountability, and care for both their products and their customers. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, avoid this company at all costs. Only consider them if you have no other options and are prepared for weeks of frustration, repeated mistakes, and careless handling of your property.

My husband and I visited Waco on Tuesday afternoon and stopped by this shop as they were closing at…read more6 pm. The young lady that helped us was very pleasant and helpful. We purchased these old frames and a small stool, loaded them into our minivan between our four kids and drove back to Houston. We made a couple stops to eat and such and arrived home around 10 pm. My husband opened the back of the minivan to pull out the frames before anyone could get out and said, "there are bugs all over these things." He took them out and threw them on the grass. I got the kids out and then took out all of my bags from my Magnolia purchases that were made that afternoon. Not thinking, I took them in my house. Then, he showed me the van with the bugs everywhere. He started spraying bug killer on the frames and vacuumed the car. I went back in the house and noticed the bugs were in all of my bags. Everything was taken outside and I promptly Facebook messaged the store to inform them. I googled "white ants" and found out that the bugs were termites! My sons that were in the backseat of the minivan had a Tupperware container with legos that was on the seat directly under the frames. There were a bunch of termites crawling with the Legos. Not only was I upset that I paid $300 for a termite infested product, I put them in a car with my children who sat in a car for several hours with bugs crawling near them and on their things. I requested a refund and told whoever was behind the Facebook messenger that we expected a call the next day. On Weds, both my husband and I messaged requesting a call. He called the store several times. After 5 pm, he finally received a call back from the owner. She was incredibly rude and accused us of lying and said she needed more pictures. Mind you, I sent the pictures of the termites on my kids legos and a close up of one on a galvanized steel tray that I had bought that day the night before. My husband told her there was no way we were loading those things back into our car and driving them back up there. Under normal circumstances, I would absolutely expect to have to return a product to the store for a refund. When your store sells me a $300 termite infested product that causes hours of clean up and will NEVER enter my garage or house, I expect you to make it right immediately. Why should we be further inconvenienced by having to drive another 5.5 hours with four kids. Plus, there is not a chance those bug boards are going back into my car with our kids again. The phone call with the owner ended with her stating that she would need more pictures. My husband went outside and took a picture of the boards with the dead bugs on it and sent it. There was no response. When my husband tried calling again on Thursday to follow up, he was notified that the owner was now out of town and they would give her the message. I am appalled at the customer service at this store. At first glance, it was a nice store with some very beautiful things. Buyer beware, there is a ton of wood furniture in this store and they have had termites in there in at least in the product we purchased. After only being open a month, I would assume that you would be a little more reasonable and have a bit better customer service. What are we supposed to do next? Just give them over $300 and walk away with nothing? Would you like a FaceTime call where you can talk to my young children and have them tell you about being screamed at to take off all of their clothes and throw them in the washing machine and the lovely language I used at 10:30 pm as we discovered your termite present? Do you want a FaceTime video session so you can see my husband cut up and destroy the product proving that it will not be coming into our house? Do you want to come and grab them from my house and take them back to your store to sell to another unsuspecting family? I want my money back NOW! Due to the nature of this situation, I gave them time to resolve this before posting about it for all to see. It is Saturday morning and this business was notified of the situation on Tuesday evening and they have avoided us and have done nothing.
