I had to select a star to post this...; however, I wouldn't give it any stars. We live in Killeen and were sold an unlimited service with T-Mobile. Unlimited internet.... This service HAS BEEN THE WORST! It freezes constantly and I can honestly say that when I am actually home... I have to restart the device 75% of the time. I had a conversation with multiple customer care reps this evening about the service. Come to find out, Killeen doesn't have availability for unlimited service. ... ... They said they didn't know why we were even approved for it... .. .. Their suggestion was to switch us to a limited usage plan... much like a cell phone if you go over that usage, you will be charged more, or get cut off.... We have been paying $91 a month since August for EXTREMELY BAD service.. we just made a payment 10 minutes ago. They offered a $5 credit. They REFUSED to refund any money saying that it would be rejected BY THE SYSTEM. I asked how the data usage was even compiled. Is it from the module being hooked up, or ACTUAL USAGE. She couldn't tell me anything except the DATA WAS INDISBUTABLE. They couldn't refund any money because the DATA SHOWED WE WERE OVER OUR USAGE. How are we OVER OUR USAGE IF WE HAVE UNLIMITED SERVICE??????????? I continually asked for a name and a phone number of someone higher up that I could speak to ... I was told that there wasn't anyone available. Even though I repeatedly asked for a name and a number of someone I could talk to, they told me that they couldn't give that information out and the outcome wouldn't change. The outcome of this phone call and speaking to several people was that I was hung up on. I was / am FURIOUS!!!!!!!! I AM SO SICK OF THESE COMPANIES TAKING ADVANTAGE OF HARD-WORKING PEOPLE! Sad part is... I work 78 miles from home and my co-workers HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS SERVICE. That just tells me that T-Mobile is selling a BUNCH OF BULLSHIT! read more

Tried for 24 hours, had service inside the store. Went straight outside in the car called my wife right beside me in the car with NO SERVICE. They immediately refunded our money. Now 3 months later they are calling every day ALL DAY LONG wanting money. This is NOT a company to do business with. The sales people were very nice but the corporate business has its teeth out. Caitlin really helped me with my phone. She installed the SIM card and activated the device. I was told that my old SIM card wouldn't fit in my new phone so when I showed up at Tmoble I was distraught. I left that store happy. All of the employees were kind and friendly. If you are looking for a carrier or you are with a carrier, Like T-MOBILE don't get it or get out from it. I been with T-Mobile 6 years and they have been the worst ever in my life. I also worked for T-Mobile for 2 years as a manager. So I have so much experience and recognition of this SCAMMING COMPANY. I hate it with a passion. My bill has been $430 dollars every month no less than that. ITS RIDICULOUS! Every month I have to call them to talk about my billing losing 1-2hr on the phone each time. The customer service is really bad they are so unprofessional they make mistakes in your account than later as customer you have to pay for them. I have spoke to supervisors from the customer service area of my region. And they are all the worst as well they would literally do the same thing that the representatives do. You tell them your story and they don't care they take your story or whatever you told them and count you as a liar or you making up things to get advantage. I sure would love to get the hell out of this company but I'm stuck with them because of the stupid promotions they say are the best as so they say. You get stuck with this promotion for 24 damn months on the most expensive rate plan you can cancel your line until than or if you do you will end up paying the whole device. I have tried to talk to so many reps and supervisors to lower my bill and I have no way around it or they won't make an exception for me when they see I'm struggling to pay this bill every month. I hate T-MOBILE I would never recommend to anyone all my family members hate T-Mobile all my friends hate T-Mobile and so do I. I'm tired of being scammed like this of my money every month and they never help or understand or make exceptions for long time customers. This is how they repay us. Reps on the phone each time I talk promise you a courtesy credit to help with your bill and or situation. But once you get off the phone with them it's never there on the bill. I would give no stars if I could. Antonio was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We went in to discuss a charging issue with a phone. He wordlessly gave us a card and we had to ask what do with it. He said to call insurance. When we called the insurance company stated it was a warranty issue and to return to the store. When we did Antonio told us that our warranty had expired in 2016 on the Galaxy S9 which I had purchased in June of 2018 so I knew this couldn't be possible. He said my warranty would be expired even "IF" I really bought the phone in '18. He refused to look into it and told me I'd have to buy a new phone or "go down the road". Wouldn't listen to me at all. I left and went down to the other T Mobile store. Within 5 minutes he saw the information was outdated as the new phone had never been put in to our account. He called the help desk, updated it, and had a new phone ordered within 10 minutes. I don't understand having a customer service job if you refuse to help customers.
