They told us that it normally works itself out. Well we decided to take it back a few days later because it had in fact not worked itself out and was just getting worse. They took it off and put a new one on. This time it is completely crooked and still has bubbles all the way around it! WE PAID FOR THIS SCREEN PROTECTOR! They refuse to do it correctly. It is their Job to do this type of stuff and obviously they don't know how! They want us to Pay more money to get another Screen protector even though THEY have failed twice to put it on correctly. Worst customer service ever and money waisted!

I surrendered my phone for the brand new one and was never given a receipt. When I saw on my bill that the trade-in was not credited I went back to the store several times, and was told not to worry it would eventually be credited. Three months later, I learn they don't know where my phone is, and it's was activated with a new email weeks after I gave it to them. When I reported this to customer service they told me they had "no evidence" that I ever gave them my phone. Conveniently they only retain security footage for 60 days. I was jerked around from beginning to end and treated like liar. Don't be fooled by the response below, they are DEEPLY unprofessional, and not to be trusted. DO NOT GO HERE.

Joshua worked on it for a full day, trying everything in his toolkit to recover my data. While the damage was beyond what could be fixed without specialized equipment, I was really impressed by his thoroughness and honesty. He didn't just give up - he explained why it needed a clean room environment for recovery and referred me to a company he trusts for that level of work. Plus, his recommendations for a replacement SSD drive were spot-on. Here's the kicker: he didn't charge me since he couldn't complete the repair, but I insisted on leaving a tip because his time and expertise were absolutely worth it. Great communication, solid knowledge, and genuinely cared about solving my problem. Would definitely return for any future tech issues!

Foremost, this is a zero rating review. Yelp does not allow reviews without a star. If anything…read morethat star should go to Stephanie associate ID:436960. My wife and I decided to stop by on April 28, 2016 at 8:18pm with the goal of purchasing a couple games like any other day. We rarely go to the same gamestop or video game store given that we travel quite a bit, either in the states or overseas so we weren't prepared for representative Mark. We had the great displeasure of stopping by last night at this location and encountering an immature narcissistic representative named Mark with abysmal customer service and not a single fiber of professionalism. We were unpleasantly taken back when he bluntly and randomly insulted, ignore and laughed at us when we inquired about any game. Somehow, he blame porn usage on our PS4 console for the long download time-frames of new game installs not knowing that our console is new. We have never met previously, our console is factory new, in a box and not even configured given we use PS3 for our travels. I tried to understand his assumption by asking how he came to such speculation which in return he stated, "what don't you understand English? Do I need to speak in Spanish to you? ". I have never encountered such racial profiling and discrimination. Period. I speak three languages, English been my native language. My wife is Irish, clearly it was not a language barrier. A representative named Stephanie witness everything as it unfold and tried to defuse Mark by ignoring his statements and requesting us to check out on her side of the counter to distance Mark from us. We politely informed Mark the way he carries himself is not professional and he should not talk to any customer that way. Which he awkwardly laugh off not understanding the severity of the issue. Rep. Stephanie did a great job and tried to mend our visit. She was courteous, listened and professional. We will be submitting this to www.TellGameStop.com and would like to request to meet with the store manager for a firm dual party understanding of the events that transpired.
