I first reached out to this establishment on 01.13.26 to inquire about setting up a function. Despite a half dozen e-mails and multiple promises to connect from the General Manager, I have still not been contacted. I was expecting a call around 3:00 this afternoon per his e-mail, and yet again did not hear back. As someone who has spent a lifetime working in Customer Service, this is astounding to me. It is not even peak season, and if this lack of communication/follow-up is the norm, I am hesitant to set up an event during peak season. Wondering if this is the typical experience from this venue? Watched the Celtics playoff games here two nights when visiting OGT. Great place to watch. Friendly customers and staff. The food was great- they have a chef who changes things up periodically. Loved the pizza. Two bars- front and back and live music before the game. Looking forward to going back. read more

We visited Crew for drag bingo, and while the bingo and drag show itself were incredibly fun, the afternoons enjoyment was hindered by a serious safety issue and awful management. During the event, a speaker fell over and struck my friend in the face. Thankfully, after applying ice and taking Motrin, she is okay. The drag queens and several kind customers repeatedly checked on her. Unfortunately, the restaurant manager showed zero empathy. A manager should proactively check on an injured guest and comp their meal. Instead, I had to approach her. When I did, she defamed responsibility, claiming Crew wasn't liable because they didn't set up the speaker. I reminded her that as the host venue, they are responsible for guest safety and basic customer service. She became abrasive, argumentative, and rude, initially refusing to even comp my injured friend's food. She only removed the charge after I insisted her response was unacceptable, stating she "wasn't going to argue with me."The performers and fellow guests showed great community care, but management's dangerous lack of accountability means we will not be returning. read more

Great location but criminal prices preying on tourist market. Thank God had just one drink and didn't eat here. If you come for drinks wait till Happy Hour. A Modelo Draft for $11.00 is just wrong and there are definitely more reasonable priced eating establishments on the island. read more

Food was good and the staff accommodating and friendly. Very good menu choices well prepared.

I know that my one review won't deter people from visiting this tourist trap. that being said I feel like I need to share my experience. Here is how it went: We called ahead to reserve our place in line. The host told us 20 minutes and so we walked over from our hotel. From the time that we got on the list it was 30 minutes, but no big deal. We were seated in the bar area and our server came to take our order. So far so good. Coffee came right out. After 30 minutes, we were still waiting for our food and I wanted to pay for the coffee and leave we asked and our sassy server told us there were four or five orders ahead of us and he didn't know when ours would be ready. When he came back out, we had been sitting for 45 minutes he said. " I know and your order has been in for 37 minutes and the kitchen is backed up and I don't know when it's gonna be here, but can discount your order" I felt by acknowledging the time we were waiting (and in a kind, matter-of-fact way, not at all rude or aggressive) that what I was doing was inappropriate. Do that I ask "what is a reasonable wait time for two omelettes?" This caused something of a conflict had our table because we were hungry at this point and I would've been satisfied with a cold muffin over an omelette in order to have some food. The lukewarm water in a bottle at the table was inadequate. At 50 minutes the food finally came out and we asked for the bill immediately they gave us a 50% discount and the food was just OK. I think the worst part was watching all these other meals come out of the kitchen and clearly there was a problem with ours, but the communication was terrible and I was embarrassed to ask where my breakfast was because of the sassy demeanor of our server. I watched him have flirty conversations with several tables around us, and while he was friendly and not rude to us, I think better communication was certainly in order. If there was an issue in the kitchen or orders were delayed, offer some juice from the bar or some complementary bread or fruit as a gesture of good faith. Allowing people to feel like they are unwelcome and their request for reasonable service as unreasonable is a sad way to do business and definitely colored our experience of Ogunquit. read more

Great food I loved the mozzarella moons. It is pretty efficient and came in a good amount of time. The ambiance is good and in a very busy area in the summer. I would decently recommended this place if you ever go to ogunquit. Very good 5 stars. read more

We stopped by here for an early dinner after arriving in town. 1. First impression was inviting and contemporary with their inside colors and decor. 4* 2. Service was minimal at best, not friendly nor engaging. Felt she ignored us. No name given. 2* 3. Food was trying to be high end but missed it. The fried clams - salty; fries were both salty & greasy; lobster sliders - not worth the $25, as it was not flavorful and barely any on the big slider buns. It was not worth it! The fish dip was good. 2* 4. Plus the prices seemed way high for portions and items. Poor service and mediocre bar food. No thanks. There are plenty of other places to choose. read more

This review is for the 3 minutes we were at this place to try to get breakfast before we walked out. We usually have no problem getting coffee at a nearby coffee house and then bringing it into different place for breakfast. Well, this waitress at CREW wasn't having it. She told us that they didn't allow outside beverages due to them having a liquor license.....???? Never heard of such a thing. The waitress goes to lean over the table to take my wife's coffee. We said that we just purchased the coffee, and we were not going to dump it because of enforcing a dumb rule. We just walked out. The next restaurant we went to for breakfast had no issue with it....and they had a liquor license. Sometimes you just have to use common sense. We weren't bringing liquor in a coffee cup at 9 in the morning. Would never go back to this place...Chill out a little ha. read more

Great service, and my meal was really good. They have live music on Fridays and Saturdays too!

Disclaimer - this review is solely for Crew's brunch. Crew has become a frequent brunch spot for my partner and I. For starters, the restaurant is open and spacious. With the name of "Crew" and it being in Ogunquit, the venue has a nautical theme with blue and white decor. There are a variety of tables for patrons to sit at with a front and back bar. The bar is typically where my partner and I like to sit, and the servers and bartenders are always friendly and attentive. The brunch menu at Crew is expansive with a great deal of breakfast options as well as some more "lunchier" items. I highly suggest the Tuscany scramble which has eggs, sourdough croutons, garlic, basil, tomatoes and asiago cheese. It's my go-to item. Though the pancakes, fried chicken BLT, and cobb salad are also great options. The drinks are also great. The bloody Marys are really flavorful and one time the bartender made me a bourbon cocktail with a wine floater, which was also great! I definitely will continue to come back for brunch, and even check out dinner at Crew, as they have some nightly events throughout the week like dollar oysters! read more

My wife and I stopped for lunch at Crew in Ogunquit after a boat trip to see the Nubble lighthouse. We were seated right away as the restaurant was pretty empty. I ended up getting a lobster roll and she got the mussels. The food came out rather quickly which was nice. My wife said her mussels were pretty good. My lobster roll on the other hand...dry and fishy. I also bit into a shell piece. I'm sure other things on the menu are ok just don't get the lobster roll there. read more

3.5. We came here for lunch when we first arrived on Ogunquit. Our food arrived super hot . My brother and I got the fish & chips which we both enjoyed. Salad was reportedly fresh and yummy. My husband got the chicken sandwich and was really unimpressed. He said the chicken was rubbery. Would we go back- probably. Convenient location and decent food. read more

The wife and I went to Ogunquit for a long week. We went to CREW for some apps. There were some football games on and so she left me at the bar and went to do some shopping. I would recommend anything on the menu. read more

Over the weekend my wife and I had dinner at Crew. First, what a great night. From the service, food and entertainment, it was a nice night. First, the service. The young woman at the door was so accommodating with seating for my wife and I. Next, our food server, Tiffany was great. Attentive without be overwhelming and with perfect timing for the serving our food. So professional and friendly, a great representive of the Restaurant. The gentleman singing and playing was a pleasure to listen to. Finally, a young woman named Kaiya, I hope I spelled it correctly, was very pleasant and helpful to my wife and I another great representive of the Restaurant. My wife and I have been to the sister restaurant Front Porch many times and it is good to see even though both are different, the service and food are great. Highly recommend for a casual dining experience. read more

Came here to grab drinks on a rainy afternoon. Really love the decor here. We were a group of 3 and sat at the bar. Max was a fantastic and friendly bartender during our visit. Wow. Came here on a very busy Tuesday and was created by a collection of young staff. They did an excellent job of making us feel welcomed despite the craziness going on round them. We ended up getting a seat fairly quickly and we really loved the open air dining space which is surrounded by large windows that swing open. Our server was another really young person but again, knocked it out of the park. Attentive without being overbearing, super friendly, and just damn pleasant. Food was excellent, all the seafood was fresh and delicious. Solid burger that was cooked properly to order and some nice local beers on the menu rounded things out. If you want a place that's dead in the center of all the action this is your spot! read more

I've never written a review before. Extremely disappointed with the service and communication (I've had good food here in the past though so thank you to the chefs). Here's what happened: We arrived and were told the wait would be 1 hour and 45 minutes. After waiting that full time, we received a text that our table was ready and we had 5 minutes to claim it. We immediately sent a confirmation text saying we were on our way, and the restaurant responded "Thank you for the confirmation." When we arrived, staff claimed they never received our confirmation text and had given our table away. We showed them our phone with their "thank you" response to our confirmation, but they still insisted we would need to wait another 2 hours. After being told we'd need to wait a total of nearly 4 hours to eat, we understandably decided to leave. As we were walking out, they texted offering us a table - too little, too late. read more

Imagine waiting an hour and forty-five minutes for a table of seven. The tables ready, they say text 1 to confirm I do it immediately and say "On Our Way" They text us at 8:02, we get there at 8:07 and they tell us they gave away our table. And now we have to wait two hours for a new one. The manager is an actual BRICK. I've never dealt with such individuals lacking intellect. The manager was an absolute thumb and could barely string together two sentences. At the same time, having no humility, like an NPC. The hostess knew she had messed up as well. While another couple beside us informed us they gave our table away to a group that had been late to their prior reservation. Meaning they gave our table away after two minutes of us not getting there. read more

Fun place at the heart of downtown Ogunquit featuring a fun atmosphere with live music, 2 bars, great food and drinks. We went here on a Friday evening and we're able to score a seat for four in a matter of minutes despite how busy it was. We were then provided exceptional service by the wait staff who were polite and Efficient. The mojito marinated pulled pork sandwich and garlic fries were delicious as was the double cheeseburger with house sauce and Caesar salad. There was a large local beer list, cocktails and good variety of wines to pair. To top off the night, the live music was fantastic and a fun 90s theme. Definitely worth a visit! read more

Unfortunately dinner was very disappointing. After a long day sightseeing we decided to have several appetizers for dinner (before going for ice cream). They were out of Tuna Crudo, which happens - no biggie, so we ordered the Shrimp Ceviche - it looked beautiful (see photo) however the taste was very much less impressive. It basically had no flavor. The Lobster Arancini were ok, there were large chunks of lobster in them. The aioli saved the flavor otherwise they were bland. Steamers were next and frankly they were inedible. Every single one was so sandy we were literally crunching as we ate. I've never before had steamers served in that color broth (see photo). When the waitress found out, she was very apologetic and immediately removed them from the bill and brought the dish back to show the kitchen. At this point my appetite was gone and I just wanted ice cream, so we called it quits. The cocktails were strong, no cutting corners in that department. read more

Had a wonderful dinner at Crew last night. Donna was the consummate hostess with a friendly, warm greeting, a broad smile, and an extraordinary effort to secure us a table by an open window. Alexa served us in an equally friendly and superbly efficient manner making every effort to help us secure a memorable evening. The food was wonderful including luscious pretzel sticks and salads with delicious grilled chicken and shrimp added. We are longtime Front Porch fans, and Crew continues its tradition of excellent food and exemplary service. BTW, we do miss Johnny's smiling face but understand that he is enjoying a well-deserved retirement. read more

I don't write reviews but this place to me was promising - outside and inside decor and cleanliness was spot on! I came during the Celtics game and sat in the back tables near bar area. The bartender was my waitress too! I was soooo hungry and was craving pasta! But she recommended her favorite Yakisoba Noodles ! Which is a asian dish with veggies and soy sauce and stir fried noodles. She raveddd about how good it was! So I listened and took her advice! After 25min waiting a strong smelling dish was presented to me! Smellled really sweet and off putting. Something smelled off and was not impressed with alll the huge bottom of barrel veggies. Huge tomato's and yellow and green zucchini's . . Not my favorite veggies in Asian dish. Kinda thrown off- My gf said it's smells weird and I was gonna take a bite and it wasss gross!! I couldn't swallow it and was not overreacting it was just so odd! One gf said it tasted like maple syrup!!! I told her soemthing is wrong with this dish! She didn't say anything and took it back to the kitchen! She came back and didn't say sorry, but was like "apparently the cook thought he grabbed the soy sauce but he grabbed maple syrup instead!! Do u want us to remake it or give u something else. At that point my hunger went away, and I said no and just left....I had already wasted time waiting and to wait again, I just didn't wanna be disappointed. So I left hungry. I bet it was a honest mistake but I know we can see and smell the difference from thick sticky maple syrup to water soy sauce! Maple syrup smell is so strong!!! I was in shocked that no one caught it before it landed on my table... no one came to check on me after the plate was served I had to search for a waitress because mine was busy bartending... soo disappointed ! read more

Food spectacular room.a.little loud with the bar but people were having alot of fun. Service exceptional family affair.

I had seen mixed reviews so was a bit apprehensive about trying but we had a great lunch on a Monday. My friend had the Haddock Rachael and I had the Reuben. Both with garlic fries. Both our sandwiches were delicious and the fries were so fresh which to me, is a big deal as I'm super picky on fries. We sat at the bar as the breeze was great and our bartender couldn't have been better. Will definitely be back on our next visit. read more

Nice and clean with a very friendly staff. Upon arrival just after noon time, we were told they were still serving breakfast, which ends at 1. I'm not a fan of breakfast foods, but I knew I would be able to find something to eat. My husband loves breakfast foods so we decided to stay. The "breakfast menu" was quite the surprise as the first thing I see is a Caesar salad. I asked if this was the correct menu even though the menu has the times on it. What a pleasant surprise! French Fries for breakfast? Don't mind if I do! I had the chicken BLT. The chicken is deep fried and tastes good, but I added additional mayo to add moisture. While most things taste good deep fried and I could be wrong, but I think grilled would have been better for this sandwich where I may not have needed to add more mayo. My husband had the burger and liked it. They didn't ask how he wanted it cooked so I'm assuming it's a one temp for all. He really loved the garlic fries. They have a bar and a tv, which many vacationing patrons were there to watch the soccer game. The TV can be seen from some of the tables, too. You can judge the pricing yourself by looking at the pictures of the menu. Everyone has their own idea of what is "cheap" versus "expensive". read more

My husband and I went for a breakfast to this restaurant, food was good, however; sever was awful, she didn't greet us or asked how's food , didn't refresh coffee though she did for others around sitting around us. We placed an order for blueberry pancake, it said 2 in the menu she brought only one and gave lame excuse something about side is coming as one .... Which we never ordered it as a side.
