I spotted a truck -- always wanted one, but couldn't really afford more than 5-7 thousand on a vehicle. Found a fantastic truck that I loved and purchased it. I could not purchase the long term warranty and had to settle for the 15 day warranty. While vacationing in Arizona, my truck broke down, my wheel almost came off at $1000 -- FREAKED OUT! I also had to stay at a hotel for 2 days until the parts arrived and the work was done. When I got home, I went over to talk with the owner and even though I was well past the warranty, he picked up half of the cost for the repairs and hotel and food for the days I was stranded. I was very impressed with their concern over my ordeal and willingness to pick up ANY of the cost, let alone half of it. I highly recommend Albuquerque Auto Outlet to anyone purchasing a vehicle. High integrity and kindness was what I received when I thought I'd get a "hard line". I will continue to recommend this car dealer to anyone looking for the small-town service provided. Thanks you guys!

I honestly don't know where to begin. This has been one of the most frustrating vehicle purchases…read moreI've ever experienced. I was originally offered what seemed like a great deal with a reasonable monthly payment and a low 4% interest rate. I was told I needed a cosigner, but instead of adding me to the loan with a cosigner, I was removed from the loan entirely and the vehicle was financed in my disabled brother's name. That should have been my first warning. I spent nearly eight hours at the dealership, only to be told they had lost the keys and I'd have to come back several days later to pick up the vehicle. When I finally received the car, I discovered it had significant damage that was never properly disclosed. It had obvious passenger-side damage that had ripped off the wheel trim and side step, leaving exposed sharp metal. The windshield was heavily damaged, and the braking system had serious safety issues. Despite being told the vehicle had passed a thorough safety inspection, it shook so violently when braking that I immediately had it inspected elsewhere. I was told the rotors needed attention and the brakes needed to be replaced. At first, the dealership refused to help, telling me I bought the luxury vehicle "as is." Only after weeks of back and forth did they agree to make repairs. Then, after I'd already had the vehicle for nearly a month, I received another call saying the original financing had fallen through. My mother had to finance the vehicle instead. Somehow, despite having stronger credit and better income than my brother, the interest rate jumped from 4% to 12.5%, and the payment increased by more than $200 per month. We felt completely backed into a corner. I was told to either sign the new contract or leave the vehicle there and find my own way home. Living an hour and a half away, we felt we had no real choice. The dealership eventually kept my vehicle for five weeks to perform repairs. When I got it back, it had hundreds of additional miles on it, the brakes were still squealing loudly, and the suspension issue their own service technician identified was never addressed. I now need an entirely new front suspension at my own expense. Four months later, I still don't have my registration. My temporary tag expired in April, and it's now August. I can't get anyone to provide another temporary tag or tell me where my registration is. I've made repeated attempts to get answers and have received no follow-up. Jenna repeatedly assured me she would help rewrite the financing into something more affordable and acknowledged that the dealership was "a shit show" and that she was trying to clean things up. Unfortunately, despite those promises, nothing has changed. This entire experience has been exhausting. Between the financing changes, undisclosed vehicle issues, incomplete repairs, lack of registration, and constant broken promises, I feel completely let down. I rarely leave negative reviews, but consumers deserve to know what they're walking into. Buying a vehicle should be exciting, not months of stress, uncertainty, and unanswered questions. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and my even consider other legal action. My biggest question is simple: **Where is my registration?**

He complained when I asked him to fix those damages coz in TX the seller is liable for undisclosed damages. Apparently at that car had an unreported accident and he pretended he didn't know that. My bank was adamantly against giving me any sort of decent loan, despite my good credit rating and spotless credit history with them. A buddy of mine - one whom works heavily with cars - suggested I check out Reese's Car Connection. I almost didn't, given how far it was from my house, but I figured I had nothing to lose. The place immediately was underwhelming to me, the lot was small, and the office a repurposed mobile home. Something still drove me to check it out, and I'm glad I did. Within minutes, Reese and Luke found me a car that wasn't EVEN ON THE LOT YET! It was a beautiful Audi A4 - they let me take it for a ride completely solo, no pressure. They gave me a deal at 15k and even threw brand new tires on per my request. Reese handled the financing and found another bank willing to give me an even lower APR than I had been trying to get! 4 hours later, I had a new car, and wow - I couldn't be happier. Absolutely would recommend to family, friends and strangers alike.
